Great! he's known me for about 4 years, played live poker with me all over the UK, spent a week in the same room in Vegas, spent a lost weekend in Ibiza with me and he doesn't have a clue where I live :lol

Re: APAT Team Event, G Casino Manchester Jan 23rd/24th Just done a good search on hotels and this is what i've found: The Park Inn is 4* about 5mins away @ £120 for 2nights with parking somewhere nearby at extra cost. (Wasp link) The Stay Inn is 3* about 5mins away @ £85 for 2night with free parking (http://www.stayinn.co.uk/booking.php?check) The Holiday Inn is 3* about 5mins away @ £105 for 2nights with free parking (http://www.holidayinn.com/hotels/us/en/mchcp/hoteldetail?) Train cost would be about £20 return for me from sheffield if i didn't want to drive - don't think i would drive if staying at Park Inn as they haven't said where that car park is :unsure But the convinience of the train would be nice ... decisions decisions .. garage looks like Precision Collision Or Maico beats quake like Waco Just keep the bass low, speakers away from your face though (sorry had to break into eminem)

Re: APAT Team Event, G Casino Manchester Jan 23rd/24th A few points dude, I didn't realise the park inn was that expensive but I booked it for 50 quid a while back (as I was originally picked for another team) Are two nights needed? you may get knocked out Saturday and it will finish before 11pm Sunday, I've just booked the one night. I'm a 30min train ride from Manchester so didn't consider parking but the park inn is next to the MEN arena so I guess it will be comped parking in there maybe £10-£15 a night? Stay inn is like Colditz and good luck with finding your car the next day. Holiday inn is in North Manc (out of city centre) doubt its 5 mins away but Ok I suppose:ok The other option is the premier inn at Deansgate Locks (currently £60) bang in the city centre 5 mins from casino and free parking.

Re: APAT Team Event, G Casino Manchester Jan 23rd/24th Yeh i don't know whether to book 1 or 2 as don't know anything about the event, was hoping for the elusive Morls to give more info by now :unsure Just checked again the Hotel, Motel, Holiday Inn (Pitbull) and it's 10mins away on google maps. Will check out the Premier :ok The Premier Deansgate is about £110 for 2 nights with free parking about 10mins from casino.

What are we going to do with any winnings then? I'd suggest splitting the team winnings between the 8 of us and keep the individual winnings inidvidually? Any thoughts? :unsure
