Roulette.

Re: Roulette. I remember trialling a slight variation in that I'd turnoff all animations etc to make each spin take a fraction of a second, and only started wagering on red (for example) after black had occured, say, 7 times in a row - I thought this was pretty-much failproof... until I witnessed the same colour appear no less than 23 times in a row. I have not touched online roulette since!

Re: Roulette.

Anyone else play a lot of Roulette? I joined Stan james about a week ago, here you can bet 10p on red or black. I sat there for a few hours doing this, 10p on red, if black comes in 20p on red, black again, 40p on red, you know the score. Sat with £100 , signed off about 3 hours later, £170. £70 in 3 hours seems like easy money to me, and what can possibley go wrong. Whats the exact odds on hitting say 10 red/black's in a row??
This sort of progressive system is fundamentally flawed since you are increasing your stake when you lose. A better system is to increase your stake when your winning then return to the minimum bet everytime your winning run ends. A Fibonacci Progressive system is pretty good on these even money bets i.e. 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 etc Bet 1 wins +1 Bet 1 wins +2 Bet 2 wins +4 Bet 3 wins +6 Bet 5 wins +11 Bet 8 loses +3 Now revert back to start Notice how you will always come out on top using this system on any run of wins and you wont lose a fortune on a long run of losers With your system after 10 losing bets ur risking over £400 to win 10p on an even money shot.

Re: Roulette. I sometimes have a bet on roulette as just a bit of fun after a night out at the casino, got very lucky one night walking out with around £300 when I only went in with £20, was putting £5 on a spin max and hit a single number several spins in a row much to the disgust of other people placing bets. Did put that down as very lucky as every other time I have been has ended up in between -£10 to +£5. Don't go often, think I have been 4/5 times. My mate also witnessed somebody put £100 on number 5 once and it hit, was the guys birthday, my mate wasn't sure how long he had been betting, may even have been his first bet. Hit number 5 anyway. Guy must have been delighted. Would never put serious betting into roulette, would be stupid. Once saw a system to put 31 on black and red and £1 on zero. Doubt that would work well.

Re: Roulette. The best casino games are Blackjack with 99.8% payout to a perfect game. Some electronic poker games actually can pay 101% to a perfect game but you would need some electronic help to get this payout as the combinatorics required are so complex. In Las Vegas the airport fruit machines can have a payout of upto 105%
