The Tournament The Punters Lounge Scottish Championship Promotion with Paradise Poker will begin on Thursday nights in June. The tournaments are FREEROLLS chip structure of 1500 chips and 12 minute blinds. €1000 will be added directly to the prize fund for each leg. Schedule There will be 3 legs in June: Thursday 12th June 8pm Thursday 19th June 8pm Thursday 26th June 8pm Password Please vote in the poll if you wish to play You must be an active posting member of Punters Lounge prior to 1st June 2008 to be eligible to join in this Promotion League Prizes In addition to the direct added value each leg of €1000, the winner of each freeroll will win a seat in a Final STT where the victor will win our Live Event Package worth £1300 There are 10 seats available in the Final STT which will be awarded as follows: 3 seats = top 3 cash rakers from June 21st to July 20th 3 seats = winners of each freeroll in June 2 seats = top 2 in league who dont win a freeroll (managed by PL) 2 seats = players with the most raked hands between June 21st and July 20th Scoring Scoring is based on finishing position, points being calculated with the usual Punters Lounge BPP formula. Your best 2 points totals over the month's games are totalled for your final score Final STT Prize The winner of the STT will win the following: A seat in a £1000 live event at the Scottish Championships with £300 expenses Anything the STT Final player wins in the Live Event: 50% is kept by the player who wins the STT and cashes in the live event 20% is given to the player who was 2nd in the STT 10% is given to the player who was 3rd in the STT 20% is shared by the other 7 players in the STT If the live player fails to win anything, we will get another €1000 freeroll for all who took part originally (both rake/hands/freerolls) _______________________________________________________________________________________________ A few questions have been asked, my answers in Bold: - What happens if a player wins 2 freerolls? Then the person finishing as runner up in the players 2nd freeroll win would get the seat - What happens if top 3 raker is also a freeroll winner? The the person finishing next highest in rake would get the seat (4th place, down list if needed) -What happens if the STT winner cannot play the Live final? Can they play an alternative event? Can it be transferred? Does it move down? Ill ask Paradise if it has to be the Scottish Champs, otherwise the runner up in the STT would play(keep going down list if needed)
