My Neteller account is in £ so it converted as £13.01 out and only £12.36 came back. :sad Glad I didn't pay in a larger amount! :\

I sent my stuff to them first thing yesterday. Still no response. They are without doubt the most unresponsive support I have ever come across. How on earth they think they deserve to have anyone chosing to play at their poker room is beyond me. :wall

I've found a way of getting them to take notice and do something. I've PMed and emailed their representative on the Casinomeister forum, see my post here: Everest Poker - Casinomeister's Online Casino and Poker Forum I have now been communicated with and hopefully will have my problem solved shortly. I recommend you follow the same route as me.

Am I reading this right that there is no restriction on me entering and I am eligible to do so?

And the fact that those affected are now going to be joined in trying to win what was advertised as theirs, by people who weren't even eligable in the first place, makes it even more of a mockery. Everest have made a total balls up of this.

Any issues that were flagged up by their systems initially will doubtless be flagged up again. And it would hurt a lot more to have this prize taken away. Everest's intention is for this to be a compensation for those that missed out altogether to apologise for their error. Not as compensation for those who were removed from the list. It's not a 'new' freeroll as such. We're deliberately using the password from the May issue so it's not open to readers who didn't buy that mag. It's only open for registration 24 hours before. The only difference is it is also open to existing account holders - as I imagine it would be too complex to host otherwise. In other words either it's open to existing customers also or it doesn't happen.

There will still be the standard restrictions as stated below Everest Poker - Terms of agreement for play 2.3 Individuals Only. Player must play as an individual. Each Player is only allowed to have one account. Any Player determined to be playing as part of a professional or coordinated syndicate, playing on multiple accounts, or in any way in collusion with another Player will be banned, all winnings will be void and all funds in Player's Account will be forfeited. Good luck to all PLers who enter.
