Should get its race today but will have to come through gaps to win. 4.25 BEFORE YOU GO 5pts ew @ 16/1 Bet365 Unpl won a derby trial last May, & then was outclassed in the race itself. bowles10
Re: Bowles Flat Racing thread 2007 Cheers guys, only 1 today 2.35 Pride of Nation 10pts win @ 7/1 Sporting odds I have highlighted this in the trends also. Lightly raced sort ran creditably on both starts this season at York & Ascot. Certainly capable of winning this type of race & the cut in the ground should not be a problem. I think the problem at Ascot was the 7f distance as this horse's effective distance is the mile. Low draw should see the horse in a prominent position & can stay up that hill. Pride of Nation was placed & IMO, Spencer left it too late again, this horse must be ridden closer to the pace. Todays selection 4.15 Pontefract MR WOLF 5pts ew @ 15/2 Sporting odds The horses record here at Pontefract is 7 runs with 5 wins & 1 2nd place. Happy to back this at 15/2 EW with Sporting odds. Stepping back into class 3 company also will be a plus for the horse after recent tries in better company.

Won NTO @ 80/1 and I missed it. :wall :wall May just be that your selections were correct but the horses were struggling with the going etc but now the going is better, they are running how you expected them to a couple of weeks ago. bowles10
Re: Bowles Flat Racing thread 2007 yeah it all makes sense, i noticed beofre its worth following horses that let you down at least once! Wednesday at newmarket 1.30 LOOK SO 5pts ew @ SP no horse has won this above 9st in 10 years, so on that stat, a few quid on LOOK SO as well (drawn 6). Last year they finished drawn 3-1-2-6 with only 1 horse over 9st finishing in top 6. the year before the field split which resulted in the high numbers doing well. 2.00 He's a humbug 5pts ew @ SP (drawn 3). last year they finished 1-6-3-2-4 out of 20 runners. My selections hasnt ran for 90 days & goes well fresh. 2.35 Francesca D'Giorgio 10pts win @ SP (drawn 1) - eye catching 4th in the Queen Mary at Ascot will appreciate the extra furlong. lay the fav Yoursothrilling who will do well to win from stall 13. this was the analysis in the RP from royal ascot : While it's true You'resothrilling did not have a trouble-free run, it would be stretching things to claim she should have won. She flyjumped leaving the stalls and was then settled towards the rear, although ahead of the winner. When Nijoom Dubai began her effort, she went after her but had to be switched twice, on the second occasion after being slightly hampered by the winner. While that makes it sound as if she was unlucky, she was always playing second fiddle through the final furlong. 10pt lay @ 2.95 Betfair
