Well done to everybody who made money from this tournament and special congratulations to the deserved winner, who has added to the general enjoyment along the way. Quite surprised that there has been a few recriminations regarding this last game. I didn't plan my play according to the top of the table, but if I had thought about it then I definitely would have done. Hell's bells, this IS poker after all. Is it underhand play or unsporting behaviour to pull a hand in with a 27 bluff when your opponent is a top ten player??? Of course not! If these top ten playrs are altering THEIR style of play in order to maintain or improve their positions, then how can it be wrong for others to also change their own style of play to suit the situation? The complaints just don't seem sensible to me. Thanks to all who arranged the tournament and hope the lower than expected turnouts don't stop you doing the same or similar in the future. Interesting stat from the table now the money's in. 68 people took part in this tournament and 25 are showing a profit. Of the 43 who aren't, 14 of them (us, it includes me!) only played one event.
