Re: Daily donkeys. 3.10 Ludlow: ELLERSLIE TOM If at his best he should win this as he loves this track and the ground will suit. 1m4f winner during light Flat career and the stable's resurgence this week is an encouraging sign. 3.45 Ludlow: XELLANCE Returns to action here having been saved for a summer campain, knows how to win and goes well fresh. It loves this ground and has won off a higher mark than this over hurdles. 5.15 Wetherby: JODANTE All wins over fences on fast ground in April/May, the latest for this jockey at Worcester four days ago when winning with more in hand than the official margin; 3lb penalty won?t stop him if in the same mood.Flavin who is 2/2 on this horse takes the ride again today with a 10lb claimer. 3.20 Brighton: MOLEM Ran consistently well in handicaps last season and off the mark, without his rider resorting to the whip, over this trip on Polytrack at Lingfield early this month on reappearance appears at home over a fast-run mile, and looks to have every opportunity to follow up with the race likely to be run to suit.

Re: Daily donkeys. 3.50 Sedgefield: BELLANEY JEWEL The lightly-raced Bellaney Jewel has won four of her nine NH starts and must be respected she would prefer softer ground but looks on a good mark here given the promise of more to come now up in distance. 2.15 Sedgefield: WHISTLE BLOWING Disapointing LTO at Towcester but comes into the equation on the best of his previous efforts and will love this good ground. Previously been steadily progressive behind decent opposition and should be hard to beat today if showing anything like her best. 2.00 Windsor: ESPARTANO A comfortable debut win over this CD on its only start to date. This horse was Royal Ascot bound and that faced with fast ground will be even better today. 3.20 Sedgefield: PARISIENNE GALE was very impressive lto when winning at Hexham a week ago of a mark of 99 it's in really good form and looks well capable of defying the 7lbs penalty for that win but jockey T.Greenall claims 5lbs. That takes it up to 106 which is still a handy mark compared to its rating of 112 over the larger obstacles.

Re: Daily donkeys. 1/3 winner yesterday -not worth even picking up:sad 4.30 Bath:INDIAN MAIDEN Seb Saunders can win this today just like Durcan did this time last year(26 April 05)at this CD. Suggested she was as good as ever on first two starts this spring and should make another bold bid. 4.00 Bath: SIMONDA This course and distance winner is nearly down to her winning mark of 82 She won first time out for Ryan Moore at Nottingham last season. and was not beaten far in a Group 3 at Goodwood in July, 6.40 Wincanton: HIBERNIAN Has all the abilty to win this race and the stable is in good form. This front runner can make the most of the 33 days rest to bounce back today. 7.10 Wincanton: ELENAS RIVER A mistake LTO cost her the win at Wincanton last month giving stable mate TOM SAYER the win by 5 lengths. It can make ammends for that today as the stable is in cracking form. Todays race see's it go up against Lord Anner who was beaten into 4th in that said race.

Re: Daily donkeys. 2.10 Nott: STORM ON THE RUN Came close to claiming the smart scalp of Red Clubs (subsequently won the Coventry and Greenham) and followed that with a decent show against another hotpot next time. The yard has made a good start to the season and he can start to fulfil that promise today. 3.00 Lingfield: MOSTASHAAR Made vast progress in first half of last season and looked ready for step up to Group company when trouncing the opposition in the Britannia Handicap at York last June but not seen since; been found a suitable opportunity on return on ground he handles for yard that does so well with its older horses. 6.00 Cheltenham: DEEP POCKETS Beaten LTO at Taunton he probably found that track too stiff but he is better than that he's also a strong stayer, the winner's pointing form, which includes a defeat of useful hunter Gatsby and a recent second at Barbury to former smart hunter chaser County Derry, is sound, and it is likely the seven-year-old can develop into a leading hunter. 7.45 Cheltenham: BOSHAM MILL Taken well to hunter chases and looks the class act here today. The step up to 4miles isnt a problem and the slow pace will help his jumping. His main rival today is Paddy for Paddy but I just think he will struggle, trainer who is in cracking form had 2 winners yesterday.

Re: Daily donkeys. 3.40 Hereford: MENPHIS BEURY Needs a sound surface to show his best and this firm ground will suit. Came 2nd LTO at Taunton but he found things happening to quick that day so today he will go better and looks handicapped to win this. 2.40 Hereford: FEILDSOFCLOVER The drop back to 2m 3f will aid today as he didnt stay the 3miles LTO. Win and placed over hurdles when campaigned in Ireland this is another horse who needs the firm ground. A solid performance on all three chase starts for current yard this year. 8.15 Huntington: FROM DUSK TO DAWN Bumper winner on good ground and conditions clearly the key, won as he pleased LTO as he soon came clear winning by 13 lenghs, he should take some stopping today even with his 7lbs extra for that win Yard is doing very well at the moment and clearly looks the one to beat. 4.20 Redcar: PEARLY KING Ridden by Kieren Fallon LTO he put the race beyond doubt with a surge two furlongs from home and the winning margin could have been in double figures. That race was over a mile against horses who had a fair bit more experience than just his one start and the step up to 10 furlongs is expected to suit even more. It wont be a great price but I cant see this losing today.

Re: Daily donkeys. 2 winners yesterday shitty odds but a wins a win eh? 3.20 Muss: MAJOR MAGPIE. Has improved since last term and gave sparkling display when fulfilling reappearance promise to score over this trip at Pontefract; marginally worse in under penalty than he will be when new mark kicks in but his turn of foot will stand him in good stead. 7.30 Bangor: BRONZESMITH lighty raced but goes well fresh.Seems to win in the summer months as he tends to come good around now, it should be a decent price. Well served by good/fast ground at around this trip. 8.00 Bangor: WHICH WAY NOW Beat only one rival in an intermediate event at Sandon last time but won with head in chest, as was the case in his previous victories; has created an imposing impression in climbing the ranks and no surprise should he take this extra step in his stride. 4.50 Muss: OTELCALIFORNI Pedigree makes plenty of appeal and it looked as though she wouldn?t have long to wait before that all-important first success when 33/1 second in 1m Windsor maiden 11 days ago; shaped as though this extra distance would suit and this looks an ideal opportunity.

Re: Daily donkeys. 7th May 2006 2.15 Newmarket: ECHELON It is 2/3 round here and can continue that good record with a win today. Likely to stay 1m1f Echelon whose half-sister Chic was much improved as a 4yo. Mick Kinane is 2/8 for trainer Michael Stoute 25% this year. 2.50 Newmarket: SHIROCCO A high-class performer in his native Germany, the move to Andre Fabre's yard brought about further improvement during a short but successful autumn campaign last season. His staying-on fourth to stablemate Hurricane Run in the Arc was a hint at what was to come and he beat the likes of Ace and Azamour, as well as the best America had to offer, with a resounding win in the Turf event. 3.30 Newmarket: SILCAS SISTER Silca´s Sister Won Newbury maiden (6f, good to firm) in fine style second start and clear-cut success over short-priced colts and fillies in French Group 1 in August sealed her ticket from Mick Channon´s to Godolphin, who´ve been pleased with her this spring; some question over the French form for this, as it was on soft, but she´s clearly very promising. 450 Sailsbury: DEGAS ART on its 2nd and penultimate start last season was 2nd to Olympian Odyssey who boosted the form in style yesterday by finishing a good 3rd in the 2000 Guineas. Made its seasonnal reappearance over 10f and ran with plenty of promise behind Markovitch looking sure to come on for that outing. Promises to stay the extra 2f and clear the form choice.

Re: Daily donkeys. 2 winners and a NR yesterday. 3.40 Towcester: PENNYROSE BAY Progressive hurdler last year (won off 120) and made an encouraging start over fences at Stratford last month. Only got 2nd that day but she travelled well and Im sure the 2 mistakes in running cost her the win that day. 5.10 Towcester: ZHIVAGO'S PRINCESS Has the edge in experience following 3 runs and her latest (for the new yard) was most encouraging. 6.20 Windsor: FREE TO AIR FREE TO AIR has been among the winners of late which bodes well for the Generous colt. The three-year-old is a half-brother to the useful Bourgainville from the same stable, looks an improved performer this year now stepped up to middle distances and if FREE TO AIR follows a similar path in terms of ability, Frankie’s mount should go close. 6.50 Windsor: LET SLIP Suited by this trip and built on her soft-ground Epsom maiden win last October when making successful return in fillies handicap on Kempton Polytrack last month; this 4year-old is open to further improvement and is proven round here.

Re: Daily donkeys. 1 winner Free to Air and a NR-pennyrose bay. 3.50 Kelso: McKELVEY Struggled for form since the Welsh National but made huge improvements off today´s mark at Ayr last month. Fresher than most of his rivals today and any cut in the ground will also help. Im confident of a win today for the retaining jockey Brennan. 4.50 Kelso: ESCOMPTEUR Looks on a decent mark today and if he shows the same effort as he did LTO at Cheltenham he can land this for David Pipe's first day at the helm. 4.40 Chepstow: UP TEMPO The last time that UP TEMPO managed to put back-to-back winners together, Charlie Dore’s raider pulled of the hat trick, and with the same five pound claimer in the saddle that won on the eight-year-old at Newcastle last time up, the Flying Spur gelding will not mind the ground on the soft side and can go in again for the new yard. 7.10 Catterick: BORDER MUSIC disappointed last time back on grass and is clearly more effective on the all-weather. He wasn't beaten far, though, and is given one more chance to open his turf account tonight under Jamie Spencer, unbeaten on him at 6f-7f, with ground turning in his favour.

Re: Daily donkeys.

Well done, mate. By the way, which bookies do you go in? Not that Coral shop next to the Griffin?
;):ok 2.50 Chester: VINANDO Fit from the flat and interestingly handicapped on his unlucky-in-running 4th in the cambridgeshire. Likes the ground, good draw and with an eye catching Frankie Dettori booked this should win. 1.50 Chester: CAV OKAY Impressive winner on Newbury debut and considered Ascot material by Hannon. He should be ready for this today. 4.00 Chester: GALIENT Easy to back ahead of one start last backend but supported prior to his Newmarket comeback, when winning impressively in the end, trainer has the Queen´s Vase at Royal Ascot in mind for him. 3.10 Fakenham: MARYSCROSS Maiden point winner who´s shown more than enough in bumpers and over hurdles to win a race like this; twice stayed on to make frame in much more competitive maidens last month, including over similar trip/ground latest, and disappointing if she doesn´t deliver. Im confident today as I did these write ups and picked the selections(which are mine) etc then I looked on bettingzone website and they have picked 2 of mine for there NAP and NB. ive been throwing these in a .40p lucky 15 for the past few days now so Ill continue with todays selections

Re: Daily donkeys. just the 2 winners yesterday. 4.00 Chester: MOBAASHER Well-bred Stoute horse who made a most encouraging debut when 3rd in a madien at Leicester. A repeat of that form with the first 3 pulling clear should be all the better for that experience. 2.50 Chester: MASHAAHED Would have LTO in a madien at Newmarket with a more positive ride today should land this weak renewal. 3.20 Chester: EMPRESS JAIN She was extremely impressive when demolishing her rivals at Yarmouth latest and if she can break with the same authority as she did that day the race could be as good as over turning for home.(R.P) 3.35 Yarmouth: CATBANG AW improvement was continued back on grass latest start when going very close as favourite in 13-runner handicap at Nottingham (1m, good to firm); hung a bit that day but stayed on well and has more to give so a strong contender off same mark this time.(R.P)
