I have contacted you 3 times already about my poker account being empty. Can you sort this out or shall i take the funds from the account and put it in another site. This has been going on for 2 days now and I am losing my patience. This is disgraceful and I know that others have had the problem and it has been sorted. Yet I am still waiting. Sent a quick email to poker response advising them that the quicker they transfer the balance then the quicker I can lose it on their tables.
