Re: Sporting Odds Upgrade oh the irony - I have oodles of cash there and I don't bet, yet not a single penny in my poker account...... still ain't fixed, have sent them an email asking them why i should keep my account with them - will see what happens So any hot tips for me FT - something I can blow my BR on? Can you sort this out or shall i take the funds from the account and put it in another site. This has been going on for 2 days now and I am losing my patience. This is disgraceful and I know that others have had the problem and it has been sorted. Yet I am still waiting. I hope you can sort this very quickly and that you feel that you should somehow make up for the poor service. Danno375

Nope - same here Danno :@ Been onto live help today as well, but get the same replies that there is nothing they can do as it's a technical issue and they are giving it urgent attention and to keep logging onto account to check it!!!!!! :wall

Larry: unfortunately no, if the connection to the poker room is down, one cannot connect to play you: but were all connected still thats the point, were just not being dealt cards Larry: as far as i know, if the connection goes down, that would affect the current play you: ok any other sites you can recommend i spend my money on? cos this is a regular occurance on sporting odds, its getting really frustrating now Larry: i understand it can be frustrating as there has been downtime recently due to maintenance and upgrades you: yeah but the only people who benefit are yourselves! you: we play day in day out making your site a lot of money, and the service we are getting is terrible, sorry for ranting on but im really frustrated Larry: fair enough. the money made from the poker room is in the form of the house rake - no further profit is made - any monies lost due to errors on the server can be refunded, either automatically or manually. you: ok Larry, thanks for your help, just have to wait and see what happens then

Re: Sporting Odds Upgrade I opened SO tonight to reg for the Champions league to find my balance at nil - it is sitting in my sportsbook. Sent a quick email to poker response advising them that the quicker they transfer the balance then the quicker I can lose it on their tables. And now I am getting the message - cannot connect to server again!
