Fired off an email about the disconnection problems over past few weeks, and sent in Valiants screenshot of the heads up disconnection. The SO guy wrote back a decent reply and credited my account with 50% of the difference ($30 or so). So :okValiant. Hope you get the same cooperation from Customer Services about the Hungarians.
