REGRETTABLY I HAVE THEREFORE DECIDED TO TEMPORARILY SUSPEND OPERATIONS UNTIL SUCH TIME AS RACING'S DAILY COMMENCEMENT STARTS SOMEWHAT LATER THAN AT PRESENT.
