I opened an account with Goodwin 2 months ago, but the sportsbook would only allow me to place singles due to technical issues, i put ONE £20 bet since I opened the account due to the tech issue, i kept complaining, but nothing got fixed, on the 12th September I deposited multiple deposits totalling £2000, and lost, these deposits were on roulette in the space of ONE HOUR, the next day, no excuses I received an email stating they have gambling tools, (too late of course), they would have allowed me to gamble a house away, no care, no responsibility, the only reason I was stopped is I ran out of money, Then I get another email stating, they have permanently excluding my account, NO REASON, I urge folk to be very very careful of these scammers, I've written to bet goodwin numerous times, but haven't got a response, I've put in a complaint, they haven't responded, merely said a CEO has looked at my complaint and nothing will be changed, I feel robbed/mugged like someone stole 2k from me
