I was going to back both ace impact and continuous but opted for the Ew bet on continuous at 8/1 ....it was a risk as he may not of run but vibes were good so it was worth the risk ....had 10pt Ew at 8/1 ....happy to let that ride alone  now and get a run .... I just hope he does himself justice now and gets a place at least

Can't even watch the replay back ....they boxed him in all the way and he couldn't do anything til about 1f out then the bird had flown and he even managed 5th which was a miracle ....I want a🤟rematch

watch the replay ...it's the purple one boxed in on the rail ....I was🥺screaming at telly .....let him out !!!!!.....lol  🤣🤣

I tink thas takin thru tha pocket rich, winner came from a mile back continuous just wasnt quick enough to get in any position that might have helped and if it had of done the winner would have gone past it easily. The time was again unbelievable even for fast ground. Impact is in a league of its own. i have not got one horse on my 20+ years of speed figures that got near 150 and this bugger has done it twice now.

The  after race analysis is fascinating. as stunning and mature as his first impact busting win over more experienced rivals when most if not all thought the runaway leader who’d gone clear in the straight was home and hosed as ace impact was rounding the turn. He did much the same today from closer order so as not to let the field get away, just like a cat plays with a mouse. I’ve noted what has  happened with the draw and  will share it here because physics came into play here along with form. Ace impact was the highest drawn horse to get home and in winning beat the lowest drawn horse. ( traverse law of physics) Crucially the third horse home was drawn right alongside the winner. ( the tow effect or as I call it free energy)
You could call it coincidence, but  it is so much more than that.  (imagine putting bullets into a chamber, throwing stones from your hand or launching stones from a slingshot, ballistics, the same thing occurs in stalls, which means the horses immediately have a trajectory)  I base much of my selections on physics and analysis of previous results. There were several aspects of the draw being key to the outcome of many races yesterday at Longchamp on both days and at Newmarket on Saturday and Chelmsford for that matter. Because of physics these results will occur again and again today and tomorrow. The best example of traverse law  in physics occurred in the Cambridgeshire. A pint of Guinness to anyone who can opine what that was? And yes I was kicking myself after the race as I did not pick it up on the day and ended up with the runner up.

Jason Hart deserves a medal for his ride on Highfield Princess , He was flat out and under pressure from the moment the stalls opened until about half a furlong out when it shot clear .Any other jockey might have given up 2 furlongs out because it looked beaten , but He stuck at it and won the day .Another thumbs up for the connections for sticking with the jockey who knows the horse best as opposed to looking for someone "more Fashionable" like a lot of people do ........Commiserations once again to Rob Hornby , who rode the perfect race again and found one too good , but i repeat myself , well done to the connections for sticking with Him , no one could have given Westover a better ride .

Not sure what the reson is but the draw sometimes is significant.

This is what I posted on Saturday

"Draw 21 to 29 7 from 75, profit 208. Remainder 2 from 199, loss -163"

This didn't pick the winner (although it was drawn high in stall 35) but the 2nd was stall 25, the 3rd was stall 28 and the 4th was stall 29.

When another one  comes along I will try and flag it up beforehand.
