Sometimes doing nothing pays off, i was pondering the price of Hurricane lane as above. I didn't like the shape of the betting so did nothing and saved myself the £50 i was going to put on Hurricane lane.

Stick my neck out here - Savethelastdance ermmm wins at Chester by 22l but the time was pathetic a 13.6 slow beating what can only be described as donkeys. good luck if you want to put good money on that animal, there is nothing in the form that justifies odds on or being fav for that matter.

I’ve had Regal as my first leg too. Good run from the back finished well to win and was slightly down in distance I believe .

For me the key was the Appleby stable form v the Stout stable form in this race, i have said elsewhere i think stout will have a good chance with all 4 of his runners today.

First thoughts are that Rodin is after all a good horse, the dante form held up well to a degree the 3rd proved that, the foxes blew it at the start Oisin not havin a good time of it lately. not sure what to make of Passengers run but i think he is better than that im sure (a better jockey?). suspected a big price would be involved and that turned out to be accurate cracking run for the second pity i couldn't identify the right one before hand but im not too disappointed with my analysis. Minus £46.50 on the race, lost on passenger but got a little back on the ew bets The foxes 14/1 and white birch 16/1.
