The draw for the last 16 of the Champions League has been drawn. You can find the odds for those upcoming matches right here! A long way to go until they are played but who are you tipping to reach the Quarter-Finals? Some very interesting ties here. My off-the-cuff prediction is that the last 8 will consist of Tottenham, PSG, Borussia Dortmund, Club Brugge, Napoli, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, and Manchester City. What do you think?

Milan vs Tottenham Hotspur

Milan will be hoping for a repeat of their last result following a 1-0 Serie A triumph vs Torino. They managed to break their four-game losing streak. That was also the Rossoneri’s first win after seven matches in all competitions. It’s not been often in recent times where Milan hasn’t conceded. In fact, Milan has failed to prevent opponents from scoring in 5 of their previous six games, leaking 15 goals during that time. The home side still has many players out of action. Sergiño Dest (Calf Problems), Fikayo Tomori (Hip Injury), Ismaël Bennacer (Biceps femoris muscle injury), Alessandro Florenzi (Hamstring Injury), and Mike Maignan (Disrupted Calf Muscle) aren’t available for AC Milan gaffer Stefano Pioli. The players ineligible for this match because of suspension are Tiemoué Bakayoko and Zlatan Ibrahimović.

Following on from a losing effort in their last game against Leicester City in Premier League competition, Tottenham Hotspur will be aiming to make amends here. It was a poor display after beating Manchester City, and the Spurs are still fifth in the Premier League. Antonio Conte's Tottenham Hotspur has had reason to celebrate, scoring eight times in the course of their latest six matches. The number of goals that have been scored against them during the equivalent period equals 10. Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte has not got a full squad to pick from. Ryan Sessegnon (Unknown Injury) and Hugo Lloris (Knee Injury) miss out here. Pierre-Emile Höjbjerg cannot play in this game through suspension.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

It is going to be a close game, and it can easily go either way. Milan still hasn’t managed to beat the Spurs so far, and we think this game could end in a draw.

Goals Market Prediction

Their h2h matches didn’t produce many goals, and this one shouldn’t be much different. Only one of their six encounters went over a 2.5 margin, and we shouldn’t see more than two goals in total on Tuesday evening.

PSG vs Bayern Munich

PSG will be hoping for a better result after a 3-1 Ligue 1 loss in their previous game against Monaco. That was their second straight defeat after losing to Marseille in Coupe de France. Matches involving Paris Saint-Germain have usually been entertaining affairs lately, with a lot of goalmouth action anticipated. Over their past half dozen clashes alone, the sum of 23 goals has gone in for both sides combined (at an average of 3.83 goals per game), with 15 of these belonging to Paris Saint-Germain. However, the hosts have a tough task ahead of them, facing one of the hottest candidates for the CL trophy. PSG will likely need to fight for a positive result without Kylian Mbappe, who is out injured.

Bayern Munich will go into this encounter following a 3-0 Bundesliga win as they beat VfL Bochum in their previous outing. After a series of draws, that was the away side's third straight win. In their last half-dozen clashes, Bayern Munich has amassed the sum of 14 goals. Bayern Munich has also scored on each one of those occasions. During that period, they've had five goals go into their own net. Bayern Munich boss Julian Nagelsmann has to choose from a squad that has some fitness concerns. Sadio Mané (Inflamed head of fibula), Ryan Gravenberch (Bruised Knee), Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (Abdominal Influenza), Noussair Mazraoui (Inflammation), Manuel Neuer (Fracture of the lower leg), and Lucas Hernández (Cruciate Ligament Rupture) will not be playing here.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

It is going to be a very entertaining game where both sides have equal chances of winning. Therefore, we won’t be surprised if the clash at Parc des Princes ends in a draw.

Goals Market Prediction

Both teams have a huge attacking potential, and we expect an efficient display from both sides. That’s why we think neither team will be able to keep a clean sheet on Tuesday evening.

Club Brugge vs Benfica

Club Brugge heads into this fixture after a 1-1 First Division A drawn game against Union Saint-Gilloise. They have been in a results crisis, winning only once in all competitions since November 2022. The Belgian club was brilliant in the Champions League groups under Parker's predecessor, keeping five cleans sheets out of their six contests. Club Brugge can also take solace in knowing they have already put Portuguese opposition to the sword, thrashing Porto 4-0 just before the World Cup pause. It has been seldom in recent times that Club Brugge has shown defensive steel. It will be a concern for them that Club Brugge has seen their defense breached in 5 of their previous six matches, shipping six goals during that time. They need to do much better in the back to secure a positive result in this encounter.

Benfica comes into this clash after a 3-0 Primeira Liga win as they beat Casa Pia in their previous outing. They remain comfortable at the Primeira Liga top spot, being five points ahead of Porto. However, the Eagles went down to a penalty shootout defeat against Braga in Taca de Portugal. Over the course of their previous six clashes, Benfica has bagged a total of 14 goals. Benfica has also managed to score in every single one of those games. Over that period, they've had two goals go into their own net. Thanks to a fully healthy squad available to select from, the Benfica manager Roger Schmidt does not have any fitness concerns to report ahead of this game.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

The home side cannot be happy with its recent displays, and we believe the visitors can take advantage of that. Therefore, Benfica should return home with a win from the first-leg clash.

Goals Market Prediction

In eight of Club Brugge's last nine games, the BTTS Yes bet was a success. We don't think it will be much different this time, and neither team should keep a clean sheet in this encounter.

Borussia Dortmund vs Chelsea

Borussia Dortmund will be looking for another win after a 2-0 Bundesliga success against Werder Bremen. It was their sixth straight win in all competitions, leaving them in the title race. Borussia Dortmund hasn't had any problems with scoring, finding the back of the net in each and every one of their last six matches. They've claimed a sum of 17 during that time and have conceded a total of 6. Such a pattern isn't assured to be carried forward here, of course. BVB has enjoyed excellent form lately, and they want to pick up where they left off in the Champions League as well. There is just the sole fitness concern for the Borussia Dortmund boss Edin Terzić to be concerned with from an almost fully healthy group. Julien Duranville (Muscle partial avulsion) misses out.

In their previous game, Chelsea drew 1-1 in the Premier League match with West Ham United. It was their third draw in a row, leaving them in the middle of the Premier League table. The attacking players from Chelsea have had real problems scoring goals in their past six clashes, netting an unsatisfactory return of only three. In those matches, The Blues have also seen the overall goal aggregate of opposing teams equal 7. They need to do much better in this game to return to the winning track. Chelsea manager Graham Potter has multiple availability issues to deal with. Edouard Mendy (Shoulder Injury), Christian Pulisic (Knee Problems), Raheem Sterling (Knee Problems), N'Golo Kanté (Hamstring Injury), and Armando Broja (Cruciate Ligament Rupture) will miss out on this game.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

Borussia Dortmund has been much more confident recently, and we see them as favorites in this encounter. We believe the hosts will extend their winning streak and celebrate a victory on Wednesday evening.

Goals Market Prediction

Although Chelsea has been struggling in front of the opponent's net, Borussia Dortmund's defense hasn't been too tight. Therefore, we see both teams finding the back of the opponent's net in this encounter.

Eintracht Frankfurt vs Napoli

Eintracht Frankfurt will want to continue from where they left off last time out with a 2-0 Bundesliga victory versus Werder Bremen. Despite sitting in 6th place in the German top flight, the home side can still squeeze into the top-four zone. Over their last six games, Oliver Glasner's Eintracht Frankfurt has hit the back of the net 11 times, an average number of goals scored per match equal to 1.83. However, they will have a couple of selection issues ahead of this clash. Nacho Ferri (Unknown Injury) and Junior Dina Ebimbe (Syndesmotic ligament tear) are not available for Eintracht Frankfurt manager Oliver Glasner. The players who will not be able to play in this game through being suspended are Marcel Wenig, Simon Simoni, and Jens Grahl.

Napoli heads into the clash following a 2-0 Serie A win with the defeat of Sassuolo in their previous fixture. They sit comfortably on the top of Serie A, with 15 points more than Inter. In their last half-dozen outings, Napoli has helped themselves to the sum of 14 goals. Napoli also scored on each one of those occasions. During those fixtures, they have had three goals go into their net. The Italian side marches to its long-awaited title and can focus a lot on its Champions League campaign as well. Due to a mostly available squad, there's only one fitness worry for the Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti to contend with. Giacomo Raspadori (Hamstring Injury) won't be playing here.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

It's not easy to play in Frankfurt, where Eintracht celebrated five wins in a row. However, we believe Napoli is a better team, and the Italian side will secure a road victory on Tuesday evening.

Goals Market Prediction

Napoli has a rock-solid defense, but Eintracht has been pretty productive when playing in front of its crowd. Therefore, we see both teams finding the back of the net in this encounter.

Liverpool vs Real Madrid

Liverpool, who won their previous game, will hope for a similar result following a 2-0 Premier League success against Newcastle United. It was the Reds' second straight win, but they are still far from the top-four zone. A recurring trait of more recent Liverpool games is seeing a zero in the scoreline. Taking their prior sextet of clashes before this one, in 5 of them, a bet on both teams scoring would have been a loser. It will be interesting to find out whether or not that trend can be sustained into this next match. Regarding the availability issues, Arthur Melo (Surgery), Luis Díaz (Knee Injury), and Calvin Ramsay (Knee Surgery) will not be taking part for Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp.

Real Madrid will come into the encounter following on from a 02-0 La Liga win vs Osasuna in their most recent match. Los Blancos are still chasing Barcelona in the Spanish top flight, as they are five points behind their fierce rivals. Demonstrating their fondness for eventful encounters, goals have been seen as many as 22 times in the last six matches in which Real Madrid has played, making it a mean average of 3.67 goals for each meeting. Opposing teams have got 5 of this grand total. Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has to contend with reduced team options currently. Ferland Mendy (Muscle Injury), Karim Benzema (Muscle Fatigue), Aurélien Tchouameni (Flu), and Toni Kroos (Abdominal Influenza) are names that won't be on the team sheet.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

It is going to be an exciting game that can easily go either way. Both teams have improved their game recently, and we believe this clash will end in a draw.

Goals Market Prediction

Both sides have fierce attacking potential, and they should show it in its best light at Anfield. That's why we think neither team will keep a clean sheet on Tuesday evening.

I'll be taking the 6/5 on Real Madrid (Draw no bet)

Liverpool may have improved recently but Real have not lost in 5 Champion League matches against them and I just think 6/5 is a nice price.

I've also had a long shot bet on Real to win (in 90mins) and RB Leipzig to do the same tomorrow  (12/1)

Inter vs Porto

Inter will be looking for another win after a 3-1 Serie A triumph over Udinese. They returned to the winning track after a goalless draw against struggling Sampdoria. However, Inter is still far from the Serie A top spot since they are 15 points behind Napoli. Their latest results really do illustrate the point that not much more can be done by the Inter backline. Inter has been stingy, with the tally of goals that have gone in at their end during their past six games standing at 3. The newly crowned World Champion with Argentina, Lautaro Martinez, has been the most impressive player for Inter in the last few years accumulating over 200 appearances with more than 80 goals scored. Dalbert (Cruciate Ligament Injury) and Joaquín Correa (Hamstring Injury) are unavailable for Inter manager Simone Inzaghi. He has been tipped to make a big transfer in the last couple of years, but nothing has materialized thus far.

Porto will come into the clash following a 1-0 Primeira Liga win over Rio Ave in their last outing. It was the tenth straight win in all competitions for the Dragons, keeping them active in the title race. In their previous half-dozen outings, Porto has helped themselves to a tally of 12 goals. Porto has also not failed to score in every single one of those games. Over that period, they've seen two goals go against them. Porto manager Sérgio Conceição has to contend with a number of unavailable players. Gabriel Veron (Ankle Injury), Fábio Cardoso (Unknown Injury), Evanilson (Unknown Injury), Galeno (Rupture of the spleen), Mateus Uribe (Rupture of the spleen) and Otávio (Muscle Fatigue) will miss out on this game.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

It is going to be a close game since both sides have realistic chances of remaining undefeated. Nevertheless, Porto has never avoided a defeat against Inter at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, and we believe that tradition will continue.

Goals Market Prediction

Both teams have talented offenses, and their clashes in Milano have been pretty entertaining. Therefore, we believe neither side will manage to keep a clean sheet on Wednesday evening.

RB Leipzig vs Manchester City

RB Leipzig will be looking for a repeat result of a 3-0 Bundesliga 1 victory vs VfL Wolfsburg. Although they sit in 5th place in the German top flight, the Red Bulls are only four points behind Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund. Fixtures involving RB Leipzig have proved to be entertaining encounters lately, with a lot of goalmouth action anticipated. Over their past six games, the sum of 20 goals has been scored for both sides combined (at an average of 3.33 goals per game), with 15 of these belonging to RB Leipzig. Regarding the selection issues, Dani Olmo (Torn Muscle Fibre), Péter Gulácsi (Cruciate Ligament Rupture), Abdou Diallo (Knee Problems), and Christopher Nkunku (Fitness) aren't available for RB Leipzig manager Marco Rose.

In their previous game, Manchester City drew 1-1 in the Premier League tie with Nottingham Forest. It was a huge setback for them in the title race after beating Arsenal last Wednesday. The Citizens are currently second in the Premier League, two points behind the Gunners, who also have a game in hand. A sequence of accomplished displays from the Manchester City defensive unit has seen their' goals against' tally standing at four from their previous six fixtures overall. During the same time, the number of goals they scored themselves amounts to 11. Thanks to a fully injury-free group to pick from, Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has no fitness concerns to speak of coming into this clash.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

Although RB Leipzig celebrated a home win the last time they met at Red Bull Arena, Manchester City remains a firm favorite in this clash. We believe the visitors will secure the first-leg advantage on Wednesday evening.

Goals Market Prediction

Their both h2h clashes went over a 2.5 margin, and this one shouldn’t be much different. The crowd at Red Bull Arena should enjoy at least three goals in total in this encounter.

Here's a bit of analysis I do to see "who's hot/not" in terms of goalscorer betting but it also flags up how prolific the teams are as well. I look back over however many games it has taken for a team to score their last 25 goals and use it in conjunction with whole season stats.

RB Leipzig

28 goals in last 11 games  - they scored in 10 of them and btts in 8

12 different players scored for them (1 og) with 5 only scoring a single goal

Players who scored in more than 2 games are:

Nkunku: 4 goals in 3 games (been out for 7 games, may be back tonight)

A Silva: 4 goals in 3 games

Szoboszlai: 4 goals in 3 games

Forsberg: 3 goals in 3 games (1 pen)

Man City

25 goals in last 13 games - they scored in 11 of them and btts in 7

10 different players scored for them with 5 only scoring a single goal

Players who scored in more than 2 games are:

Haaland: 8 goals in 5 games (1 pen)

Mahrez: 6 goals in 4 games (2 pens)

Inter

25 goals in last 13 games  - they scored in 11 of them and btts in 6

9 different players scored for them (1 og) with 5 only scoring a single goal

Players who scored in more than 2 games are:

Martinez: 9 goals in 8 games (very much makes him "hottie of the night")

Porto

25 goals in last 10 games - they scored in 9 of them and btts in 4

11 different players scored for them (2 og) with 6 only scoring a single goal

Players who scored in more than 2 games are:

Taremi: 6 goals in 3 games

Galeno: 5 goals in 3 games
