StevieDay1983
The odds and ratings for the next round of La Liga matches in Spain are here. Real Madrid lead the way in the league table with Barcelona and Villarreal following right behind them. Osasuna are looking like a bit of a surprise package so far with Sevilla continuing the struggle at the wrong end of the table. Their 4-0 loss at home to Manchester City in the Champions League won't have done their confidence any good. Cadiz remain rooted to the bottom of the table with 0 points. Gary66
I've gone in to the segunda for a selection today Tenerife winning in Ibiza, looking at the Ibiza they have let in 8 only managing a draw in there opening four games. Tenerife only missed out on a la Liga place last season in the final and look big here at 6/4 StevieDay1983
sajtion
elche and getafe to win going by simple for two reasons, when they are down it's when team are most dangerous and it applies to these two clubs playing at home and also because their opponents may underestimate them as easy meals StevieDay1983
StevieDay1983
Almeria vs Osasuna The La Liga action has been intense this week and it's a pleasure to be able to have the time to cover a game from this brilliant league this week. Almeria play Osasuna in a finely-balanced contest in an 8pm BST kick-off this Monday night from the Estadio de los Juegos Mediterraneos in Almeria. The home side will be looking for a win to boost their slow start to the campaign against an away team that are looking to improve on an already impressive opening to their domestic campaign. Almeria might well be one of the smallest teams in the top flight of Spanish football but they have already shown they are capable of causing problems for other teams. Rojiblancos have picked up 1 win, 1 draw, and 2 defeats from their opening 4 league games so far leaving the club in 14th position and 3 points above the drop zone. As one of the promoted teams from last season's second tier, the objective is simply to stay up and consolidate. In their head coach Rubi they have a gaffer who has vast experience in the top division having managed sides such as Real Betis, Espanyol, and Huesca. However, he is earning a reputation as a journeyman having already managed 14 clubs since his first role back in 2001 and has only lasted more than one season at a club on two occasions. It's quite positive so far though with the 2-1 home win over Sevilla being the highlight. It's interesting to read that both teams have scored in 3 of the 4 league games Almeria have played up until now. Osasuna have earned a reputation for being a solid mid-table team in the top division of Spain. Head coach Jagoba Arrasate has been with the club since 2018 and overseen a period of stability and progress after turning the club from a Segunda Division side into a decent La Liga team. Los Rojillos have picked up 3 wins from their first 4 league games with the team scoring 2 goals in each of those three wins. The 1-0 loss away to Real Betis was the only blemish on their record to date and arguably not a game they will be overly distraught about losing. Away form is an ongoing issue for Osasuna though with the team only managing to win 1 of their last 8 away league games. The fact that both teams have scored in 4 of their previous 6 away league games shows that for all their endeavour and attacking courage they are still leaking goals at the back on their travels. This was looking like a tough one to call before I delved into the statistics for this game but my opinion is even more uncertain. Almeria have looked a handful on their own patch having pushed Real Madrid all the way in their opening game and then taking the scalp of Sevilla. The failure to score in the defeat to Valladolid away was a concern but that was away. Osasuna are a team that simply don't seem to know how to win away right now and I'm wondering if they can even get a point against a hardened Almeria side on their home patch. I think I'll back the home side to win with caution. Almeria Draw No Bet @ 1.90 with SportNation BTTS @ 1.98 with SBK
ALEXXXXXXXX
Almeria vs Osasuna Osasuna take the upper hand over Almeria in the past head to head games with 5W-3D-2L. However, Almeria have the home advantage and they play well as the host, with a 50% winning percentage. Osasuna are weak in away games, which have not got any away win this season yet. Therefore, the result of the upcoming match is suggested to be a draw.
