StefanBB
Celta Vigo vs Real Madrid All eyes will be on the Estadio de Balaidos when Celta Vigo and Real Madrid face each other in a highly anticipated La Liga game. Os Celeste dropped two points in a 2-2 draw with Espanyol, and, no doubt, they face an uphill task in Saturday's clash against the reigning champions. As always, a man to watch in the home team will be experienced attacker Iago Aspas, who opened his goal-scoring account at the weekend, while Santi Mina remains on the sidelines through suspension. Iago Aspas scored 17 goals last season, and the fans adore this man. It will be Celta's second straight game at home, and they need to do better than against Espanyol to pick up points. Real Madrid found it tougher than anticipated in their opener against Almeria. The European champions struggled early on, conceding as early as the 6th minute, yet managed to overturn the deficit, thanks to goals by Lucas and a stunning free-kick by David Alaba. This win stretched the Merenjes' unbeaten run to six games, while they have only lost once in LaLiga in their last ten games. Nevertheless, Celta is an experienced team, and Los Blancos should keep a high level of performance throughout the entire game. With a fully healthy group to choose from, the Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has no fitness concerns at all coming into this clash. Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction Celta hasn't enjoyed its pre-season very much, and the hosts haven't tasted a victory in the previous five matches. We believe Real Madrid will pick up where it left off to bring all three points home. Goals Market Prediction Their head-to-head clashes at Estadio de Balaídos have been a joy to watch over the past few seasons. These two sides produced three or more goals nine times in a row in Vigo, and we think this tradition will continue. StefanBB
Real Sociedad vs Barcelona The Reale Arena will host Sunday's La Liga derby between Real Sociedad and Barcelona. The Basques beat Cadiz thanks to Takefus Kubo's goal in their opener but will have much bigger fish to fry against Barca, who are eager to record their first win of the season. Although key winger Mikel Ojarzabal is out with a long-term injury, we predict the hosts will take something from Sunday's clash as they traditionally make life difficult for the Catalan giants in San Sebastian. Real Sociedad kicked off the season with a win, hoping to continue in the same fashion against a very tough opponent. Despite many top-class signings during the transfer window, Barcelona had a hiccup at the start of the campaign. They split points with Rayo Vallecano at Camp Nou in a goalless draw, which worried Barca's fans. Although they created many chances, Barcelona needed to be more clinical in front of the opposition's net. They now head to a tricky outing, where they enjoyed two consecutive successes. Owing to a fully injury-free group available to select from, the Barcelona manager Xavi Hernández doesn't have any fitness worries to speak of coming into this match. The players ineligible for this match because of suspension are Jules Koundé and Sergio Busquets. Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction It is never easy to play in San Sebastian, especially when Real Sociedad is full of confidence. It will be a close game, and we don't think the home side will lose this match by more than one goal. Goals Market Prediction BTTS Yes cashed five times in the last six games in San Sebastian, and we expect another entertaining encounter. The tradition should continue, and we should see goals in both nets again.
