StefanBB
PSG vs Marseille PSG will be hoping to repeat their last result, following a 6:1 Ligue 1 victory over Clermont Foot. It was their second straight win that kept them 12 points ahead of their upcoming rivals. Fixtures involving Paris Saint-Germain have usually been engaging affairs recently, with plenty of scoring being a common characteristic. Over their past six clashes alone, the sum of 24 goals has flown in for both teams combined (at an average of 4 goals per game), with 15 of those belonging to Paris Saint-Germain. If they pick up all three points in this match, the Parisiens can start preparing a celebration. Marseille goes into this match following a 2:0 Ligue 1 win to beat Montpellier in their previous outing. The visitors enjoy a four-game winning streak that keeps them 2nd on the table. Marseille has been good when going forward in their most recent fixtures, having scored 16 times in their last six matches. While their manager Jorge Sampaoli will no doubt take that as a positive sign, Marseille can also improve defensively after being scored against in 5 of those same outings. L’OM players are full of confidence and ready to face the best team in Ligue 1. Jorge Sampaoli is doing an amazing job, he leads his team with great energy in every match, and the fans adore him. Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction Although the home side is a firm favorite in this one, remember this is one of the biggest derbies in France. Marseille will try to spoil PSG’s party, and they won’t lose by more than a goal. Goals Market Prediction Despite both sides being efficient, their recent h2h matches haven’t produced many goals. Just one of the last four went over a 2.5 margin, and we shouldn’t see more than three goals in this one.
