money44
I seen her.. the last couple points of the match, and she looked ferocious. I am uncertain how to proceed with that. I will wait to see some results because this match is not for 8 hours Edited April 21, 2022 by money44
money44
William Hill Rybakina to beat Badosa @ odds +150 Imo Rybakina is the more talented player taking nothing away from Badosa.. I also feel the indoor clay courts will be to her liking.. I think she is rested and ready to go here.. I also am concerned about the withdrawl in MIami from Badosa, although it was reported as an illness.. I think these odds should be closer to -110 for each player, and think the line is a complete joke. I have large stake on Elena.. CzechPunter
Luca Nardi to beat Mate Valkusz at 2.08 with Pinnacle Nardi is one of the brighter prospects on the Challenger tour at the moment, with a 7-1 clay record so far in this season. I was a bit worried about him tiredness, but he is 8-0 in sets so far in Split, so fatigue shouldn't be an issue. And, if he's fit and in this form, I'm not sure why he's above 1.75 in this one. Valkusz is decent enough, but he doesn't have the potential that Nardi has and has basically never moved away from Futures/lower Challengers, despite being around for a while now. 888888
anyone taking Monteiro to beat Khachanov at 2.40? Khachanov is the better all around player but Monteiro is a clay specialist and just beat Krajinovic in straight sets as a 2.60 dog.
CzechPunter
Well, if Khachanov is primed to lose as an underdog, this certainly looks like the time. Though, with Djokovic there for the taking, he might fancy his chances.
raduvlad1995
dunno why the guys in barcelona didn t cover the courts. I have kecmanovic taking a set of djokovic today and de minaur to take a set of harris, ramos was prety bad from what I ve seen against harris,de minaur can definetly put him under more pressure. I waged a sum on munar taking a set off alcaraz, big odds for that and munar seems to trouble alcaraz, nv the fact that carlito had a massiv breakdown against kwon in the 2nd set where he lost 6 consecutive games out of nowhere. Krajinovic is about as inconsistent as they come. If he's playing Djokovic for example, expect him to push Djokovic all the way. If he's playing anyone else, toss a coin. darko08
Harris suffered a back injury in his match against Ramos but he still managed to win the match (Ramos was awful). That back injury is the reason why he did not play the doubles match. It's impossible to know how he will be for the match. If he's OK he can beat De Minaur cause he's better. If he's not, he won't play the match or he will do in bad conditions..., and that's the worst scenario for those ones who decide to back him. De Minaur never has had success on this surface cause he doesn't feel good on the dirt.., but he will fight for every point as he always does. I guess this is the perfect situation for those punters who love to take risks. CzechPunter, rainz and money44
delfino
Both Djokovic and Thiem are lacking fitness. I think Nadal will cruise in France Roland Garros. Alcaraz very strong, really amazing guy, but in my opinion is not ready to beat Nadal especially at Roland Garros. In two years time, Alcaraz will be the number 1. No other player is a threat for Nadal. Medvedev and Zverev are not impressive on clay, while Tsitsipas although a very strong clay courter, still not convincing for a major title. Besides i see a weakness on him, actually a weak backhand something that prevents him to beat the top players eventually. raduvlad1995

neilovan
Such a pity the weather in Barcelona is miserable, because at 9 Euro's a ticket, the tennis would just be a brilliant day out. Will they play another match after this one? Looking at the Raducanu match. 1st set 6-0 2nd 2-6. Surely they are not having a break before the 3rd set. Must have been on the court for 50 minutes... money44
William Hill Emil Ruusuvuori to beat Casper Ruud @+400 These are value bets. Emil is cruising in Barcelona with lack of clay court experience.. Perfectly designed game for the surface, and if he wants it.. maybe there is some magic. It's possible to expose Casper Ruud backhand imo. Emma Radacanu to beat Iga Swiatek @+800 Just no on these odds.. Swiatek has had a few injury concerns of recent, and Swiatek is transitioning to new surface. Swiatek rolled in her last match but her opponent played tough three sets before that, and may have just been empty gas tank. I'm sorry, but these odds are ridiculous.. If Radacanu has blisters like Torque said .. maybe she'll throw match, but this is first epic meeting between two of the very top young players on tour. I was wrong about Rybakina, but maybe this is the better choice.. Radacanu will beat anyone on her day with flawless technique.
CzechPunter
Yeah, it is getting a bit ridiculous at 9.00. Raducanu hasn't beaten a player of Swiatek's stature...well...since the US Open I guess, but the faster Stuttgart conditions definitely give her at least a sliiiiight chance. money44

Torque
The Swiatek v Raducanu match is an example of a match where I don't like the odds on either player. Swiatek definitely feels too short, but on the other hand Raducanu has been struggling with blisters and is also missing toe-nails apparently, plus Swiatek is in relentless form and playing on her favourite surface whilst clay is the surface Raducanu has the least experience on. One to just watch for me. lelit

The South African Open was essentially the 4th major. All the superstars came to play in Johannesburg, at Ellis Park. Jimmy Connors, Rod Laver, Ken Rosewall, Harold Solomon, Brain Gottfried, Vitas Gerulaitis, Guermo Vilas, Bjorn Borg, Arthur Ashe, Pat Cash probably all champions. It cost nothing to go as a kid, and you could watch tennis the whole day for peanuts. It was a big deal! Today the SA open is garbage. The location, in a lousy area of JHB is dangerous. You could be mugged, robbed and have your car stolen in one afternoon. CzechPunter and raduvlad1995 1

I'm not a great tipster but ... I definitely think she wins. Bondar has a terrible record coming into this tournament. Her serve is just poor (at this level), and she is probably gonna be broken at least 5 times. The bet365 2-0 set score for Kudermetova is 1.72 and looks fair to me. I will take her to win in 2 sets on to Djoko to beat Khachanov and Ruud to beat Busta. I do like Siegmund to beat Samsonova. Siegmund was playing great when Sakkari bailed out of their match. I don't think Samsonova justifies being such a heavy favorite. Siegmund just has not played but she was in the top 60. Samsonova has odd losses against players like Martic, Brengle, Cornet and Vondrousova, ad is definitely beatable.
