York Carrsi
York City v Chorley Just putting this one up quite early as the price on Chorley has already shortened from 13/5 to 15/8. Now, whilst Chorley are not amazing on the road, equally York are pretty ordinary everywhere at the moment. The club is in disarray and the manager came out after they were comfortably outplayed by Gateshead on Tuesday and said that recruits are the only thing that will solve York's problems. To date it doesn't appear as though that will happen in time for Saturday. He also said booing from the fans will not help their cause. With ticket prices cut for Saturday there could be a large crowd but that is likely to be counter productive for City as the fans are getting very vocal in their displeasure at the level of performances they have seen this season and do not respond too well to being cajoled by the manager. 11th v 3rd, and the only reason York started as odds on favourites is their 'name'. Hereford and Kettering have already beaten City at home and 3 goals in the last 7 games isn't going to reduce the anxiety levels. I see this as 6/4 for both teams at best so I think there is still some value in taking Chorley. Bedlam
