Patriots -3.5 @ 10/11 (2) Without Derrick Henry, the LA Rams should beat the Titans. Rams -7.5 @ 10/11 (3) The Colts will be desperate to get a win. Colts -10.5 @ 10/11 (4) Steelers will beat the Bears. Steelers -6.5 @10/11 (5) Saints at home. Ravens -5.5 @ 10/11 (8) Miami have been threatening to win soon. Texans are poor. Miami -6.5. @ 10/11 (9) Dallas has been winning for me, but I think the Broncos will give them a game. Broncos +9.5 @ 10/11 (10) Browns have suffered from injuries. Hopefully Chubb is back. Browns +2.5 @ 10/11. 0.5 Canadian plus 2 point accumulator = 15 points staked. Chicago at Pittsburgh: 10 points on Johnson to score a TD and Pittsburgh to win at 7/2 Hills (thought he was ok at 6/4 for a TD, decided to take this enhanced offer to trigger a stake 10/get 5 freebie) and 4.5 points on Fields to score a TD at 9/2 PP (supposedly not a great match up for him tonight but I don't think he should be quite that big). Not very good against the backdrop of a 240 point profit in the first week. As my dirty namesake from over the pond used to say, "a man's got to know his limitations" and I'm not feeling particularly lucky (punk) so it may be time to admit defeat when it comes to these bets. I'll at least rein it in to a tenner bet or two each week, while I carry on collecting some data re tryscorer prices and returns that may be of interest for next year. Nice wins for Patriots and Colts, but Rams, Saints and Steelers (conceded 3 touchdowns in the final quarter) came up short. W2 L3 Staked 30 points, returned just 3.64 for a loss of 26.36 points.
