On last time out, Benfica got a goalless draw with Dynamo Kyiv in UEFA Champions League. Before that, they comfortably beat Santa Clara 5-0 away from home in their last league game. Benfica sit at the top of the table with 15 points from an obtainable 15 as they chase another Primeira Liga title. Boavista FC Sitting seventh in the Primeira Liga with eight points, Boavista have also been in decent form this campaign as they have lost just one game all season. They began the campaign with back-to-back wins in the first and second rounds of Portugal League Cup. Boavista then lost 3-0 to Gil Vicente in their opening league game. They have however lost none of their next four games since then, winning two and drawing the other two. Prediction Boavista have done well so far this season, however, Benfica have been in immaculate form this campaign. They have two wins, two draws, and one loss in the top Portuguese league. On Thursday, Braga lost 2-1 in Belgrade against Crvena Zvezda in Europa League. Before that, they travelled to Pacos de Ferreira’s place and shared a goalless draw with them. So far in their 5 matches, three clean sheets have been kept in Primeira Liga. CD Tondela CD Tondela is 16th on the table with three points. After initially starting the season with a 3-0 victory over Santa Clara, as many as nine goals have been conceded in just four matches. They play well on defensive, with 6 conceding goals in recent games. They are sitting in the first place in League table with 15 points. Boavista FC They draw with Portimonense at 1-1 in last game. They get a four-match unbeaten run, which makes them up to the sixth in the table of the League. But they do not play well as traveller, with 1D-1L this season so far. Verdict: There is a big gap between Benfica and Boavista FC. Benfica are looking good for a shot at the title. Besides, Benfica are good at home game while Boavista FC are weak in away games.
