Around 80% winners will be single fig odds, with most of the rest double fig but very few triple fig (100/1 +). I realise you might miss 'the big one', but my experience (for what it's worth ) would suggest around 25/1 - 33/1 as a cap. There could be something in this but just trying to help. Mcclarke did a lot of stats on the previous page which were quit encouraging for me it’s years of watching dodgy jockeys and trainers ? thanks for help but only had 2 winners in system so far 66/1 which was at 25p e/w the first day else profit would have been better change to 50p next day ? then today’s 25/1 and a few places will stick with it for a while longer or I start to lose to much ? cheers lee Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

For pulled up horses there have been 2,998 runners at odds greater than 33/1 with only 9 winners and an AE of 0.56. I would set a price cap of 33/1. At odds of 66/1 or over there has been 1 winner from 1,998 runners so I would certainly avoid these.
