StefanBB
Bayer Leverkusen vs Borussia Dortmund The hosts enjoy a very good start to the new campaign, as they are joint-second with Bayern Munich and Freiburg. After drawing with Union Berlin on the road in the opening round, Bayer Leverkusen tied two victories. Patrik Schick and the lads were very productive in those two games, scoring eight goals against Monchengladbach and Augsburg. Gerardo Seoane’s side was excellent in the first half of the last season, but they declined after losing to Bayern Munich. Leverkusen is full of confidence, they conceded only twice, and the hosts seek another victory on Saturday. Borussia Dortmund was confident in its two home games, but they lost to Freiburg on the road. The visitors are one point behind their upcoming rivals and need to be consistent to remain in the title race. Erling Haaland picked up where he left off last season, scoring in both games at Signal Iduna Park. However, Marco Rose still has a headache due to his team’s poor defending. Dortmund failed to keep the clean sheet in all three games, and they conceded twice in each match. The away side also faces a long injury list, including Emre Can, Thorgan Hazard, Marco Reus, Giovanni Reyna, Mats Hummels, and Thomas Meunier. We’ll see if they will improve in the back on this tough trip. Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction Leverkusen has a strong start into a new season, and we believe the bookies underestimate them in this matchup. They can remain undefeated at home, and the odds are pretty attractive for that market. Goals Market Prediction Dortmund has a lot of potential in the front, but their defense is so leaky. Since the hosts packed four goals in each of their last two games, we don’t think the nets will remain still in this encounter. StefanBB
RB Leipzig vs Bayern Munich The Red Bulls finished the previous season as runners-up, but they haven’t started the current campaign very well. RB Leipzig lost twice in the first three rounds and booked a victory only against Stuttgart. Jesse Marsch’s side has been unconvincing on the road, where they lost to Mainz and Wolfsburg without scoring a goal. The home side’s fans expect Andre Silva to keep up where he left off last season in Eintracht’s jersey. RB Leipzig needs to stabilize their form urgently if they want to challenge for the title once again. Bayern Munchen spilled two points in Monchengladbach in the opening round in a 1:1 draw. However, the visitors tied two wins against Koln and Hertha. Julian Nagelsmann will now face his former club, where he enjoyed great success as one of the most talented head coaches in the world. Robert Lewandowski keeps his form at the top level, as he already netted five times in the first three rounds. The defending champions are currently two points behind Wolfsburg, who is the only team with a perfect record in Bundesliga. Bayern Munchen has a short injury list, as only Corentin Tolisso and Kingsley Coman will be out of protocol for this clash. Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction RB Leipzig was confident against Stuttgart, but their opponents were slaughtered with injuries. Bayern Munich is a favorite here, and we doubt the hosts will book their first victory after four unsuccessful attempts at the home ground. We’ll take Bayern to win this match. Goals Market Prediction The home side won’t give up on its attacking style, and we should expect an open match with plenty of goals. Football fans should enjoy a clash that should go over a 2.5 margin.
