I have listed almost all of last night's prices on today's races but have only been able to look at two races so far.  I have to go out soon so I hopefully get more time later on.

4.25 Plum Powertown Park trying to get £2.50 win matched at evens as an insurance bet.  Have placed £2.50 win at 6.2 on Ballydoyle = £10 net profit if it wins and both horses prices get matched

6.50 Wolv Placed £5 win on Margaret Dumont at 2.12 & £5 win at 3.30 on Starczewski.  Break even if the favourite wins and £6.39 if Starczewski wins

Poss £15 total staked so far

Hopefully back later

Will probably be wrong but an interesting outsider in the opener at Wolves - Diamond Jill at 16/1. Is a full sister to the group class Marie's Diamond and although clearly not at that level, could be better than a 57 rated animal in time. Always outpaced over 6f last time from a wide draw but gets an extra furlong today, a 3lb drop in the weights and a much better draw so think there's a prospect of a much better run today.

RESULTS UPDATE

Didn't end up as bad as I thought it had overall.  The £11.20 straight loss was a blow but two winners meant that I lost £4.43 on the day.  My new balance is £589.13 (Bank £500)

Obviously it's Cheltenham tomorrow, so I hope that I don't blow all my accumulated profit this week.  I will be having a go at some outsiders which I will restrict to £2 per race.  Possibly risk up to £40 over the four day meeting on these, however, I hope to find some favourites, or near favourites that will pay for my indulgence. 

Good luck to all punting at Cheltenham this week but I suggest that no one goes overboard on ANY horse; it is just not worth it imo
