They are seven points clear from Real Madrid, but with two games in hand. Diego Simeone’s side lost just once this season and split points with their opponents on two occasions. The hosts are the tightest team in La Liga, as they conceded only ten goals. On the other hand, Luis Suarez and the lads netted 40 times and are among the most efficient teams in the competition. Only Huesca managed to get away undefeated from Wanda Metropolitano this season. Atletico allowed just three goals to their visitors at its ground, and they want to keep up where they left off. Mario Hermoso, Yannick Carrasco, Moussa Dembele and Joao Felix have all tested positive for Covid-19 and therefore will be unavailable for tonight´s game. Aspas just recently came back from injury for Vigo. I would not oppose Atletico here but team news and drifting odds are not a good sign ....A no-bet-game for me! However, the top-placed team has two games in hand, and Real Madrid doesn’t have the right to make any mistakes. Although they are doing very well in the back, Zinedine Zidane’s side failed to keep the clean sheet in the last three games. Real Madrid spilled too many points at the home ground, where they suffered three defeats so far. They need to be much more confident to keep up the pace in the title battle. Getafe picked up only a point in the last three rounds, and they slipped down to the 13th spot. The visitors are now only four points ahead of the relegation zone, and they need to get back on the winning track. Jaime Mata and the lads need to improve their finishing, as Getafe is the most inefficient team in La Liga. On the other hand, Joseph Bordalas’s side is doing pretty well in defense. Julen Lopetegui’s side plays very disciplined football this season. Although Sevilla is not among the most efficient teams in La Liga, they have the second-best defense. Jesus Navas and the lads managed to keep the clean sheet five teams in a row, and they conceded only 16 times in the league. Youssef En Nesyri and the lads put fantastic performances at the home ground, where they tied four wins. The fans hope for another confident performance against one of the best teams in the country. Barcelona also tied six wins in all competitions, but they haven’t been that convincing. The visitors were down 2:0 against Granada in the previous Copa del Rey round but managed to go through.
