Mancpunter75 Posted September 11, 2020 Share Posted September 11, 2020 Just to say i had a good experience in Hills today when the FOBT crashed just before a free spins feature on a game.It actually says clearly on the screen "Malfunction voids game" so they've basically covered their arses there.Anyway,spoke to the counter staff who in turn phoned Head Office and i was given my £1 back and a tenners worth of credit on the FOBT.Put in £60 walked away 10 minutes later with £110 so can't grumble.Mind you,why i played it in the first place i don't know.Horrid things.
