Quarantine Cup (eCricket)

10 cricketers. All representing their counties. None are pro. So it will be very amateur style in its setup and play, I would assume. It does look fun though and it's streamed on YouTube. I don't know any of the players and how good they are at playing the game (Cricket 19) but based on the things they say and a brief idea on the site, I'm going to take a few bets on the event. Keeps it fun to watch.

Group 1 interests for me are George, Tom and Mason. 
Group 2 looks abit easier and I like the looks of Hassan and Tymal in this one.

Obviously we can't take these things too serious and I can't do my normal research on these things. Purely from a fun, gut-feeling i'm going to take the following :

Would be like betting on a coin-flip this early on and so I'll cheer on Sussex and hope Tymal can get to the top early

Good start for the outright pick on Tymal as Sussex beat Kent very easily. My word, Kent look poor. A good bit of fun this.

Tomorrow at 7pm is match 2, which is Northamptonshire Vs Hampshire. Ricardo Vs another outright pick in Mason Crane. 

* Hampshire beats Northamptonshire. Mason looked good with the ball. Not so great with the bat, but a wins a win. Both groups currently have an outright pick sitting on top.

Tonight at 7pm it's Warwickshire Vs Essex. Dan Mousley taking on Jamie Porter. This is all very much tongue-in-cheek in terms of betting because it's just 30 balls each and it's game played by casual gamers but by my limited research, I would say Dan should be favourite here and at 11/10 with Paddypower, i'll give it a few points.

So I've learned today (after my bets being voided) that the Quarantine Cup has already played all matches and the outcome is already decided ? which I find bizarre because I've bet both singular matches over 2 days and I have a bet on the outcome tonight.

What a shame they couldn't just do things live. I'm not sure i'll even bother watching this now. They haven't voided tonights bet yet but i've noticed there is no markets atall for this. Shame, things were shaping up nicely.
