freddie01
Expekt froze my account saying I'd reached the maximum amount of losing bets for the month. This is untrue as I'm not losing money with them. I decided to withdraw my money and went through the whole process to transfer back to Bank a/s. Then I got the we need a copy of your passport. I've sent that to them and waited a couple of days and nothing. I've emailed them and again nothing. Any suggestions?
Sir Puntalot
@freddie01 Expekt are leaving the UK scene, not sure if yours is a UK account or not? You can always try https://www.ibas-uk.com/ but it depends on whether you're UK based. https://sbcnews.co.uk/europe/2019/10/24/expekt-shuts-down-its-uk-shop/ - more info here. freddie01
Thanks for the reply. ibas don't cover them sadly, but it seems it may be a case of my documents not loading to their site. Hopefully will be resolved. Edited November 14, 2019 by freddie01 spelling
freddie01
I'm still waiting for my cash. I received an email from them saying they were still waiting for my documents. I spoke to someone else on the chat and he apologised as they do have them. He said it's been corrected now. So I'm back to waiting for it to be approved. Hopefully will end well. freddie01
A quick update I've received my cash just now. It does appear to have been a mistake on their part. The last person I chatted to said he'd resolved it and I'm happy to say the money is in my account.
