Newton Abbot 5:35 Strollawaynow - 22/1 betvictor e/w thanks

Strollawaynow - from David W P Arbuthnot although his 1st race after coming back to David in May he was PU two out at Warwick with Mr Benedict Shaw claiming 7lbs in saddle, the yard booked Bryony Frost for next race who is always worth watching as she gets a tune out of this kind of old yin. The 12yo has been a winner of a hurdle race, two chases and two point-to-points from 2m 3f to 3m on good and soft ground. His last run was 39 days ago at Fontwell 3m2f hcp hurdle class 4 good to soft chased leaders 5th until lost place and ridden 9th with Bryony rallying him to chase the leading pair soon after next hurdle had no impression and was well held when edged right flat, The yard keep Bryony in saddle after good work in last race getting him a 3rd place finish at 20/1 and in the same class of race and another big price frame finish will pay for his keep at yard

5.35 NA

Western Sunrise @ 15/2 Coral

Loves it around here he's 12123 from his 5 completed starts and although he's done most of his running over shorter his record over 3m and above reads  32136 (the 6 was on soft ground which probably stretched him).  He's slightly better off for a 3/4L defeat by Prophets Prayer last time but a better price although money around suggests that may not be the case come race time.  First time tongue tie could also eek out a little more.
