StevieDay1983
The next round of Premier League fixtures are up at us this weekend. A lot of issues are still left to be resolved. Personally, it's a must-win game for my Cardiff side away to Fulham. Typical that they've just started to pick up results now they're officially relegated! The title race and top four matters also remain up in the air. Let us know what tips you are recommending for these matches.
thfc
Liverpool as short as 1.05 and Huddersfield at 46s? Has there ever been such a massive disparity between two teams in a PL match? That's the kind of price I expect when England play a crappy international team, not two teams in the same league! StevieDay1983

Got to be some value in the Huddersfield handicap. I'm not totally sure they'll lose by more than 2. Nerves will surely have an impact on Liverpool's performance. sajtion
bournemouth are massive odds to win and think they will. it's noticeable their away form is better now and maybe the coin has flipped after long season cardiff need to win but i just can't see it. fulham are on the best run currently since august and look strong and capable at home but think point is attainable for both StevieDay1983

Enjoy When I looked at the match before looking at the odds I was thinking Liverpool -2 as hoped that might be close to evens, but it's only 1.6 because they are so short in the outrights. Not going to get involved in this match although there is arguably some value on Huddersfield on the handicaps as @StevieDay1983 says. Rimmed
Liverpool v Hudders Liverpool to win is the only realistic result. we can all try and predict how many Goals, but it could either be a tight scorline or a 6-0 type scoreline. Theres no way of knowing until we see how the Teams line up. So Ive decided to just go for the boring Liverpool win. Liverpool to win 1.08 betfair. StevieDay1983
Liverpool vs Huddersfield The Premier League title race takes centre stage on Friday night when Liverpool host already relegated Huddersfield in an 8pm kick-off from Anfield. Can the Reds leapfrog league leaders Manchester City with a win and maintain the pressure on their title rivals? Liverpool are doing everything they can to stay in the title race. Jurgen Klopp's men are undefeated in the league since their 3rd January loss to Manchester City. In addition to that, the Reds have now won six league games in a row including keeping back-to-back clean sheets. Huddersfield are a contradictory tale with Jan Siewert's side having already known their relegation fate for a number of weeks now. The Terriers are in 20th place with just 14 points accumulated so far this season. It's now 20 defeats from their last 22 league matches and that includes 7 league losses on the bounce. Easy to see why the bookies heavily favour Liverpool here. Especially because Huddersfield have only won 1 of their 17 away games in the league this season. It could also be the fact that Huddersfield haven't won at Liverpool since 18th August, 1956. As everyone has suggested, there's no value in a home win. It seems almost inevitable. However, it's worth noting that despite Huddersfield not getting the results this season they hardly ever get properly turned over by teams. Only on 4 occasions in their last 22 league games has a team beaten them by more than 2 goals. I can see something similar happening here with the Liverpool nerves. The longer Huddersfield dig in, the more nervy the home fans may get. I'm thinking a handicap for Huddersfield might be worth a bet here. thfc
Going to take Southampton to beat Bournemouth and confirm their safety. Saints in generally good form apart from the Newcastle game last week in which they were poor, but at the same time Bournemouth were losing at home to Fulham which takes some doing! Bournemouth's players are clearly playing as though they are done for the season and are just going through the motions. People say this is a derby due to the close proximity of the teams but Southampton don't see it that way and I don't think Bournemouth do either so don't expect this to be any sort of factor in the match. At 1.95 with skybet, there's just about enough there to tempt me to back Southampton. StevieDay1983 and Ameer
thfc
Also, Arsenal should not be favourites to win at Leicester. They have a big game against Valencia coming up after this game, but even without that, based on their past two performances, they are clearly struggling, as they have done all season away from home. Aubameyang is likely out of this one so their goal threat is reduced. Leicester's form has tailed off a bit in the past couple of games, but I think they will be up for this one at home. Vardy loves a game against a big 6 team and Arsenal's defence is not exactly performing well at the moment! 2.8 on the Leicester win is just about worth taking IMO. betcatalog
There can be no indifferent team in England and no game is easy, but anyway, there is a huge difference between Liverpool and Huddersfield. Also, Clop's team has no room to leave any points from now on, especially against the Premier League, to win the title battle against Manchester City. StevieDay1983
Fulham vs Cardiff Saturday throws up another huge game for Cardiff in their battle against relegation as they go up against already-relegated Fulham in this clash of the bottom sides. It kicks off at 3pm at Craven Cottage and anything other than a win would surely put the Bluebirds on the brink of a return to the Championship. Fulham appear to be doing the typical thing of playing a lot better since their relegation from the Premier League has been confirmed. Interim manager Scott Parker is doing a great job of keeping morale high and it's earned them back-to-back wins in the league against Everton and Bournemouth with two clean sheets. Not exactly what Cardiff want to see coming into this game. Cardiff suffered another loss against one of the top six sides last weekend when they went down 2-0 at home to Liverpool. It was another encouraging display by Neil Warnock's side that suggested they're not going to go down without a fight. They dominated Fulham when the sides met earlier in the season and they'll be hoping to get the double over the Cottagers this weekend. I'm quietly optimistic we can get the three points needed here. The players are still busting a gut to get the results and even with all the luck and decisions that have gone against us we're still in with a chance. The win over Brighton the other week was massive and it won't be easy here. I'd take a 1-0 win but I think we could get it. If our own supporters can't believe then who can?! Come on City!!! Pep004
Watford v Wolverhampton; 16:00 Betting suggestion: Both teams to score @1,85 Pinnacle Short preview: That will be a meeting of two very interesting sides this season in Premier League, who are neighbors on the league table as Watford is 7th with 51 points, and Wolverhampton is just a point behind on the 8th place. Even though we can see they don’t have a chance to enter the top6 and be a part of the European competition, that might not be true. Watford is playing the FA cup final and if they win it, they will get the ticket for the Europa League next season, while if Man City wins, the 7th place in Premier League will lead to Europa League, therefore they have chances of entering this competition on two different fronts. I’ve seen debates about Watford players have their heads at the final already, I think the club knows that there is still much to play and that to count on a win against City won’t be really an easy thing to do. When Wolves are coming in Watford with the full squad, Javi Garcia has some problems as his captain and best scorer Troy Deeney is suspended for this match, and Bertrand and Armstrong are doubtful. In any case, both teams have lots of offensive potentials and I expect both teams to score at least a goal here. neilovan
I like 3 games this weekend in the Premier. Man United v Chelsea. Man U were not terrible against Man CIty midweek. They were just beaten by a better team. Better everything. Tactics, players, plan. Everyone keeps saying Fred is not great, but .... Players are not rocket scientists. Most need direction, coaching and development. Any player in this unstructured team is going to look bog average to poor (Mkhitaryan, Kagawa). It seems to me that players don't really understand their roles in this team. If Fred's role is to work hard, and give the midfield some engine and legs, then he is performing his role. His distance stats were impressive, close to the energizer bunny (Bernardo SIlva). He is working twice as hard as Pogba. I have no problem there. I don't expect him to score wonder goals, or make incredible passes. That is really not his role. The only question against Chelsea is 'can they stop Hazard' . If they do they win. Assume Spurs are in (maybe as winners). I don't expect much from Arsenal in two away games, and this win opens the door for CL football next season, and makes United a more attractive transfer destination. Can McTominay stop hazard ... perhaps double team him. Man United to win here ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Spurs v West Ham West Ham appear to be on the beach already. Their away form is awful, scoring 2 goals in 8 away games (or close). Pretty unlikely they run rampant today against a Spurs team that has top defensive structure. Not mad about the Spurs win to Nil bet, but do like the NO to both teams to score. Spurs are in the top 4 , and they may just be looking ahead to the Champions League Semi's. I feel a low scoring 0-1 or 1-0 game is coming here, as motivation from both sides appears really low. 4 changes for Spurs. Expect a disjointed low scoring game. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Fulham v Cardiff I fancy Cardiff here. Super motivated, against an already relegated opponent. They come into the game with belief, and confidence. Also, I just feel that the saga with Emiliano Sala was just brutal for Cardiff. A terrible event, in what should have been an amazing step forward for him and the team. Neil Warnock may rub people up the wrong way, but I like his straight forward, emotional approach and energy. Away win. Edited April 27, 2019 by neilovan StevieDay1983
StevieDay1983
Manchester United vs Chelsea The battle for the top four in the Premier League is the focus this coming Sunday in the Premier League when Manchester United welcome Chelsea to Old Trafford for this 4:30pm kick-off. Defeat for either side could deal their hopes of Champions League football next season via the league a huge blow. Manchester United have now suffered 7 defeats in their last 9 competitive matches. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's record of just a 28% win ratio since he was appointed as full-time manager is the worst record of any manager in the history of the club. It leaves the Red Devils in 6th place and 3 points behind their opponents in today's game. Chelsea have failed to win their last two matches but still remain in 4th place because of the slip-ups the teams around them have experienced. Maurizio Sarri's side are still fighting for success on two fronts with their Europa League campaign reaching a climax. Unfortunately, their away record is very poor for a team at the top end of the table. The Blues have lost 7 matches on the road already this season. Injuries will be key here. United are likely to be without Scott McTominay but Chelsea could be without the pair of Callum Hudson-Odoi and N'Golo Kante. Chelsea have lost 6 of their 7 away games to teams in the top half of the table. I can see their struggles continuing here. I'm torn between backing a draw and home win. I think this might just be one United sneak.
