A few of the favourites here look like good things which you wouldn't want to oppose

2.00 - Amade - clear top rated on OR and won 5 in a row. Should get a decent pace with a biggish field and is a thorough stayer who'll be running on at the finish. A crawl-sprint wouldn't suit him

2.30 - Island of Life - Concentrating on the horses rated 100 plus on OR. I've discounted a couple that haven't won over the trip and one drawn in the car park..... that's left me with 2 , Crossing The Line and Island of Life. The latter beat the former by 9 lengths two runs ago so has to be the choice.

3.05 - Kachy - pretty competitive sprint with 9 horses having 100 plus ORs. Kachy broke the track record here last time out and has won a Class 2 and a Listed race by a combined 9 lengths since having a wind op. Drawn a bit wide but is usually explosive out of the gate and can get to the front

3.40 - Concierge - Not much between a few of these. I can pick holes in the two that are currently at the head of the market so I'll pick this one at around 5/1. It was a good race he won at Newcastle over this trip before being tried over further at Doha

4.15 - Wissahicken - Winter Derby winner, looks the best horse to have run on the AW over the winter

4.45 - Arcanada (EW at 10/1) - bit of a longer shot on an in and out type who has won here a few times but can get well beaten for no apparent reason. Does OK when he gets to the lead and is well drawn with a few fancied ones drawn wide.
