Burnley v Tottenham ELo rating

Hi.. just looking at the performance ELO ratings and found the Burnley v tottenham a bit strange..anyone can explain?

Remember these are performance ratings, hence they are based on the match performance. The ratings indicate Tottenham were the slightly better team, yet managed to lose the match.

Thanks Sir...does this mean that the team rated higher had more possession, shots on target..corners..better on all stats?

My confusion here was that even though Tottenham performed better..that was somehow expected from them..where as Burnley was the underdog and they won the game. Shall I understand that the end results has no bearing/contribution in the performance ratings?
