MarioDunav
Monaco vs Nice Monaco have a real troubles this year and I think the coach Henry still can't find the right players for his scheme. Nice didn't lose in the last 7 games, so I think they won't lose today. Draw or Away win! StevieDay1983

thinkpink63
There will be very little action in France this round, due to the ongoing social and political riots. Monaco v Nice postponed today and 5 more games postponed between Saturday and Sunday. They will be recovered on 15th/16th January. Tomorrow just Guincamp v Amiens and Rennes v Dijon are scheduled, with Strasbourg v Caen and Lille v Reims on Sunday. all the others won't be played. thinkpink63
Rennes v Dijon One of the two Ligue 1 games not postponed today (hopefully..). Not touching the 1X2 market here. Rennes have conceded in 11 of last 12 games, and at home they haven't kept a clean sheet in last 5. Dijon have concede in 9 of last 10 games. So here is more a question of poor defences rather than good attacks. Last 4 H2H all ended BTTS, so I find some value here given the odds. StevieDay1983
Lille vs Reims One of Ligue 1's best performing teams of the season so far are in action this Sunday so I'm taking a punt on them to continue their fine home form against a mid-table side. It's Lille versus Reims in a 4pm kick-off at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy. I've endured highs and lows backing Lille over the years so let's hope they deliver the goods this weekend. Lille are currently sat in 2nd place in Ligue 1 but a mammoth 14 points behind leaders PSG. Christophe Galtier has ensured that his team are a force to be reckoned with at home. It's 6 wins and 2 draws from their 8 league games on home turf thus far. Their away form has been an issue that has held them back with the club winning just 3 of their 8 away league matches. Luckily, this game isn't on the road for Lille. Reims are in 12th and it looks like a season that can best offer consolidation for David Guion's men. The club is still 8 points clear of relegation but a downturn in results over recent weeks has seen the potential threat of a relegation battle increase. They will be keen to take something from this game to boost team morale. As if the home record of Lille in the league wasn't intimidating enough for the travelling side here, there is also the statistic that Lille have only lost 1 of their last 10 home matches against Reims in Ligue 1 competition. It's looking unlikely that the away side can hope for anything more than a point and even that's being optimistic. I'm going to back the home side here. Their home form is impressive this season and Reims haven't shown enough in recent matches to suggest they can compete with a team like Lille on the road. Just 2 wins in their 8 away games this season shows they are not great travellers so a home win that could prove convincing seems to be on the cards.
