The Punters Lounge £150 added Poker League starts this week for December.  All games are played in the PokerStars Home Games PL Poker Club.  All legs will be NLHE this month.  As week 4 falls on Boxing Day we will take a break for a week and complete the league with  Leg 4 on 2nd Jan.

Leg 1 : Wednesday 5th December at 20.00 GMT in the PL Poker Club Home Game.

Leg 2 : 12th December

Leg 3 : 19th December

Christmas Break

Leg 4 : 2nd January

Buy in is $5.50 per leg.

The £150 added will be split between the top 3 players of the league end, with £75 to the league champion, £45 to 2nd and £30 to 3rd.  This will be payable via PayPal at the end of the league.  Big thank you to SirPuntalot and Punters Lounge for the added funds.  Winners will also get an exclusive PuntersLounge Mug and Pen :)

Your top 3 scores of the 4 legs will count towards your league total. We will be using the usual PL league format, which will be updated in this post. (The PokerStars own league scores will not be used.) Formula is -Log(position/Entrants)x100

All members are welcome, however you must post in this thread if asked to let us know your forum username, otherwise your placings and scores cannot be included in the league.  Please spread the word and invite your friends so we can get the weekly numbers to keep this league viable.  New players always welcome to join in.

Well played Leo & everyone.

Great banter as always and classy etiquette as we've always come to expect from PL members. :ok

Gem raised a good idea during the game of having a little side event, namely all entering a regular tournament on a last longer basis and/or sharing out any combined winnings? Will let him post his thoughts, but just wanted to log it so it's not forgotten.

Could maybe do something at the same time as the league? or use those occasional 5th week wednesdays? Thoughts welcomed and I'll have a chat with Father Christmas after the holiday season and see if he has any thoughts.

Hey, I only provided the main idea, feel free to work with it, we have many tournament specialists in here, it could be a funny thing.

Well played Rivrd! A super-competitive game tonight with everyone seemingly running deep into the levels and yet a host of quick-succession bust-outs sealed the points & payouts.

Gutted to hear about the Swedish Home-Games withdrawal, missing you already in the league demios, we'll have to see if we can set something up to run alongside the current format in order that you can still be involved.

I will not be able to play this league any more as PokerStars has removed Home Games for Swedish players. But I would like to say thank you for the ones I played, Its been good fun.

That's such a shame, thanks very much for playing.

Guys, I don't have paypal, would it be possible to send it to someone else, for example Bart and then he would transfer to me on stars, or skrill? Or directly to me using these?

That'll be ok, if someone has funds elsewhere they can transfer to you. If you can both message Paul Ross/PL to let him know where to send.

@gemic I’ve only just been alerted to this from @Bart(UK)

Pretty sure I didn’t get an email requesting this, but anyway @Bart(UK) has generously decided to sort it out with you and I’ll send to his PayPal. :ok

Skrill were taken over by Paysafe and the new rules and paperwork were quite frankly hilarious, so we ditched them for PayPal. Having one payment method means the admin time in dealing with payments is far less and just more organised. ;)

Thank you for sorting this out, excuse me for not properly communicating this matter here, please.
