I was going to post up a huge topic going into depth about explaining the UEFA Nations League. Luckily, I then received an email from UEFA that did all the hard work for me. Ultimately, I think this will be a brilliant new addition to the international calendar and eradicates the boredom of the monotonous friendlies that we all despised. As punters, it also gives us competitive games where we can actually bet with some idea of who will be starting games because nations are going to take this more seriously than friendlies.

Following promotion and relegation, the leagues groups will be draw again?

Yes Wales definitely took it serious last night. Some performance, even if Republic were below strength. Wales made them look like a Div 4 team where you might see them in a couple of years.

Yeah, I would assume so. I did also wonder whether qualification for the play-offs for the World Cup would be the same but guess we'll have to wait until the 2020/21 Nations League to find that out.
