Jeremy Noseda has always been a trainer I've liked and followed but sadly we just don't see a big volume of runners from him, but 9 times out of 10 you do get is quality and his 1 sole runner on the card at Goodwood should be no exception

Paul Hanagan rode the filly at HQ on her debut over the 6f and she was a touch unlucky meeting some traffic problems, William Buick now gets the leg up and Mr Noseda will leave any judgment up to him,

Tight race with many unknowns showing up but I'll roll the dice with this French import

16:45 Goodwood - Lady Cosette  Win Bet @ 3/1 with Hills and Lads etc

5.35 Nottingham - Dinsdale 16/1 (or 17.5/1 boosted with Hills)

Think this one is overpriced tomorrow. Rated 112 over hurdles and has been running well over obstacles winning at Ffos Las as recently as July. Had his first flat run for nearly a year last week off 65 and finished a well beaten (9 lengths) 3rd. The winner that day Timoshenko looks a typical Sir Mark Prescott handicap ‘jobber’ and has unsurprisingly improved upped in trip. Since that race Timoshenko has gone on to win again at Chepstow so is clearly a well handicapped animal. The obvious danger in this race is Bailarico who has racked up a 4 timer in the last couple of months however in that time has gone up 17lbs in the handicap so on that basis looks opposable. Dinsdale has been given a 3lb reprieve by the handicapper for the aforementioned 3rd and given Timoshenko’s follow up win that could well be lenient.

Goodwood 4:10 Forseti @ 12/1 WH e/w thanks

Forseti - from Andrew M Balding yard the 2yo only had the three runs and has wore headgear from the very first race, He's been a winner at 7f at Salisbury in 2nd race but was disappointed in last race at Newmarket 7f GF when 6th of seven runners although a Group 2 Stakes race and drops down to a Nursery Handicap off 81 mark , I expect him to make all like he did at Salisbury with Oisin Murphy who comes back into ride after PJ McDonald was on board in Group race
