Ok, i have been doing some extra research into the flat tracks as I was surprised to see some of the courses like Windsor and Goodwood in the top 10.

I have gone back and tested the ratings over the last 750 races at each course and come out with the following top 10.

1. Newmarket (esp. July course)
2. Ascot
3. Brighton
4. Yarmouth
5. Ffos Las
6. Haydock
7. Redcar
8. Carlisle
9. Wolverhampton
10. Salisbury
*Wetherby also comes out well but flat racing has only been going a couple of seasons at that venue so is not back tested as much as the others, I will include this and see how it goes.

From the beginning of June the list above will be used for the purposes of this thread.

Just a matter of interest and for me to remember;

I did a test on the NH tracks and at the moment the top 10 tracks would be:

Wincanton, Ludlow, Ascot, Newbury, Cheltenham, Worcester, Uttoxeter, Kempton, Leicester, Towcester.

The top 3 here came out extremely well .

AW racing 

Wolverhampton and Lingfield came out top with Kempton a decent 3rd.
Chelmsford and Dundalk were a bit behind in 4th and 5th.
Newcastle and Southwell performed badly compared to the others.
