waynecoyne
Wednesday rode their luck against forest and won 3-0 with joao offering some much needed pace and mobility. in this match they lost van aken and hooper to injury to add to a list which includes forestieri, fletcher, bannan, lee, lees, boyd, westwood. yesterday joao was rested and the team set up with Rhodes and nuhui up top both have little pace and also loovens and pudil at centre back both are slow (pudil is a left back). Brentford outclassed them and won 2-0 with Wednesday creating little. I do not know much about burton but feel that the 11/2 about them is worth a try, with all of Wednesday's injuries. Bullen who is caretaker manager was talking about the centre halves yesterday and never mentioned venancio who was on the bench and apparently played well in his only appearance against Middlesboro. I feel there is even a chance Wednesday could get dragged into a relegation battle (80/1) but this will depend on how quickly injured players return. PokerWolf1
What a week to be a Wolves fan! That last gasp winner at Bristol was incredibly sweet and few would back against us in any match going forward I'm sure. Not expecting any slip ups against a good Brentford side who I expect will try and play football. That is what we are good at, though. QPR have upset a lot of us in the top 6 at home already this season and although I wouldn't expect Cardiff to slip up again I can't help but think I don't want to go near that match... Neubs
Going on Derby to win today. Derby superb in Form and they are now pushing for 2nd Place in League. Sheffield on other Side are winless on New-Years Day since 21 Years. Also they lost in last Games there good Form and i think they now will slowly find his Place in Mid-Table of the League. They was overrated with there good Start in the Season and so i think Derby can win today. Derby @ 2.15 5/10 tipico
Papa Lazarou
Re the Burton game away - note that they're turning the corner having won twice away recently and aren't getting mullered. They're available at 1.9 with a .75 goal Asian start. I think that could work. P.s. A minor point re the football acci tip for today - take the 0 ah for Bristol r and Scnuthorpe as you will get a few extra quid more than you would for the DNB option recommended in the post - if your bookie offers Asian options. A ceo has been appointed katrien meire who was not popular at charlton-a very left field appointment. i think wednesday will get dragged in to a relegation scrap now and the 40/1 should be taken. Disappointing to hear. I used to watch Wednesday as a kid. When Cardiff were in the basement and all my mates supported teams like Manchester United, Liverpool, and Blackburn, I chose to back the Owls are my top flight team. Just held that soft spot for them. Went up a few times to see games when I was younger and we were treated really well. The club deserves better. I hope they turn it around but the appointment of Meire is bizarre and borderline suicidal. Money certainly involved there.

StevieDay1983
I remember when we had our struggles (all relative compared to other teams) when Hammam left us on the verge of ruin. Jones had to beg, steal, and borrow to keep us up. At times it was dark. I remember us relying on Paul Parry up top one season. Just about stayed up. I was like you back then. Adamant we were going down but kept the support and encouragement going. I will admit, I did put a few bets on us losing though as a form of compensation. Not done that for a while though. waynecoyne
