This 6yo was second at the same venue last time out in a very competitive 16-runner handicap. This looks a bit easier than that and should get his head in front after some very consistent efforts. Snug Posted September 10, 2017 Share Posted September 10, 2017 Hi Billy Hills, I'm taking you on with the rank outsider here with Mackey Boy at a huge 50-1. Inconsistent type but is more than capable when it all comes together. Definitely on a workable mark and the ground won't be a problem. Has run well here a couple of times in the past on this ground and his best three runs came after disappointing runs just before. Few pulled ups but clearly had issues as had three years off between 2012-2015. Might not have still been right at the end of 2016 and would have needed that last run after another 8 months off. Trotter Posted September 11, 2017 Share Posted September 11, 2017 Been trying to use the Racing Post this morning but had to give up ............ they've got a really annoying red banner which pops up every time you click on anything and covers the bottom quarter of the page There's the usual little x to close it but it only closes it whilst you stay on that page .......... it opens again as soon as you move It's about a hundred times more annoying than the social media buttons on here floating in from the RH side what is it with websites these days ................ Unfortunately the big sites are all about money these days, you only have to look at oddschecker to see that. Absolutely awful. The sharing aspect we have is vital however, but I've tried to make any integration of ads and sharing as unobtrusive as possible, and I think they look good, they're relevant and they're not totally in your face. However, don't expect the same treatment on big sites, they simply don't care. We'll attempt to take their traffic bit by bit, but changing people's habits is tough.
