Well backed last time out and just failed in his bid by half a length. This stiff track should suit although the trip is slighter shorter, he also goes ok on the ground. bluemal Posted July 8, 2017 Share Posted July 8, 2017 2.25 Sandown Greenside @ 4/1 WH win Thanks Got to go with this one as I was with the Greenside of Glasgow who support Celtic the wife's nephew's 21st birthday party , Greenside is trained by Henry Candy the 6yo is a C&D winner and he's won four times at 1m on good to firm and soft ground and on the all-weather, He was gelded in April last year and had the one run before the season was finished in October at Newmarket 1m GF when he won by a length before going away for winter break , The comes here for his third race here in a row this season, He was 2nd here over a mile beaten a length was running on but the run cleared the cob webs and last month back again but up from class 3 to class 2 and with that run under his belt and 3lb rise he showed his class by winning by 1.75 lengths over 1m GF and looked as if there more to find although hit by another 2lb rise with Martin Harley taking the ride, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He was hampered when last running in a class 4 two runs back and after that the ground went against him. No excuses last time out but that was in a class 3.
