Last Day of the month

Day 30

Staking Plan  3, 2, 1, 4, 5, 6, 5, 6, 7, 8, 6, 7,  for a total outlay of 60 Pts

We had 3 winners:

Boruma   6  Pts @ 7\4 returned 16.50

Century Dream  8 Pts @ 2\1 returned 24

Brother Scott  7 Pts @ 11\2 returned 45.50

Total Returns for the day 86 for a day 30 profit of 26 Pts.

Total Profit : 85.88 Pts

Profit 28\30 days

Biggest profit for the month was 7th June - 201.71 Pts

Losses : 6th - 51.90 and the 16th - 408.17

The loss on the 16th dented a good profit for the month but that is the danger of staking plans with "increase at loss"

Love to know your thoughts on the results for the month, staking strategy and whatever else you find right or wrong with any of the above. Thanks to all who have followed for the month and commented. I have backtested the tips to when they started and am currently at February so will post them when finished and we can see is it worth following.

Personally I think the results are great, may be a bit biased though.

Its really difficult to find the perfect staking plan but this one seems to be working although you obviously have to have a decent sized bank to keep following the bad run when it comes. I suppose by the very nature of these loss recovery plans you expect that and prepare for it.

Its all about knowing your system and working out what you can expect from the selections, hence why you are back testing the other months. If you can make this work with a bank that is not too unrealistic then its a winner.

My only drawback is that by betting in a chronological order you are backing lots of maidens and novices at the start of meetings which are my bug bear with the ratings and not the strongest races to follow in my opinion. Still I suppose the profits speak for themselves.

What do you think of it Xtc, you seem to know a bit about plans and systems, how does this stack up so far?

:ok

PS: fingers crossed, looks a tricky start today!

BH I think I will wait and see how the back test goes but I can tell you its looking good. Don't know should the starting bank be the highest loss over the back test or a bank equal to the highest number of races on a certain day, without having a winner. If the highest number of races over the back test on a day was  64 races, then the bank would have to be 2080, a big bank in any case.

This doesn't bother me really as getting them out of the way, with a winner thrown in can be a help to the daily profit. Hopefully I can get that information as well for you.

Just to update on the trebles and naps.

I forgot about the trebles early in the month as it wasn't too good but the naps showed a nice profit again using the same staking plan.

Winners:  9

Total Bet:  135

Total Returned:  198.24

Profit for Month: 63.24
