ElPrincipito007
Diez +4.5 games @2,14 Where does that come from? Diez didn't drop a set in his 2 qualy's so far. While Almagro has bad results this season for his standards. Edited April 24, 2017 by ElPrincipito007 CzechPunter
CzechPunter
Meh, can't get any streak/momentum right now, Granollers wanted it more than Jaziri today and that made the difference. Not going to add anything for tomorrow, can't see anything worth it and having too many bets in play makes me slightly uncomfortable . Fabbiano-Nedovyesov was suspended for darkness at 2-6 6-2 btw, one-set shoot-out tomorrow.
ElPrincipito007
Idem. One bet today: Basilashvili @1,97 Despite Taro is doing quite well so far in Barcelona, he have problems when playing on a higher level. Basilashvili is a decent clay player, who lost in Monte Carlo against Bautista Agut in 3 sets. CzechPunter

liquidglass
Konta Vs Osaka This on paper looks a very interesting matchup in this first round encounter in stuggart. Konta has had a brilliant season so far winning the big event in Maimi coasting through a class field in the process. Osaka on the other hand, has had a very average season but comes into this encounter 6 matches on clay better off to Konta's nil. Konta played recently in the Fed Cup against Romania whereshe got hammered in the second tie by Halep although marred by an unfortunate incident prior to the game when Nastase rained down abuses on her and Keothavong bringing her to tears in what was quite emotional. I just have a sneaky feeling about this match especially with Konta being at what I consider as wrong odds 4/9. Osaka in my opinion is just too good to be languishing in the top 50 and looks ready to make some inroads into the top 20. Her victory against the very talented homegirl Hobgarski was quite remarkable considering that Hobgarski had been ideally placed to surprise a few in the draw cruising under radar. Osaka is fresher and the better mover on this surface and so I look forward to seeing her in round 2 hopefully. Good luck all.!!!
WinningTipster
1 PICK FOR ATP BARCELONA MATCH: THIEM - EVANS 2:0 SETS @ 1.41 pinnacle Thiem is a top 5 on clay. Evans is not a clay court player. higuys
Guest
I need a second (third, fourth...) opinion on the match Suarez-Navaro vs Koropatsch? I see huge value on Koropatsch @5 on bet365... Some nice wins in the qualies, good record on clay, positive yougnster, home crowd... against Suarez-Navaro who had pretty poor season so far (of coruse, clay court season can change that for her but still). I like Osaka to beat Konta as well! Mladenovic to beat Lucic, nothing really to say, it is just a damn good feeling about this match... I just saw the match and I sad that is it Begu to win 2:0 over Flipkens... Begu had some problems yesterda but she winning from behind in hird set is alwyas a nice feeling and to be completely honest, Flipkens is (at her best) poor on clay... Bedne to beat Haase... Bedene is on perfect run, but I expect him to drop a set soon, might happen today in the first set so I will wait for that to happrn and then go with him at bigger odds Halep should win but the odds are low, Dzumhur on clay against Dr. Ivo as well... Some value bets, Basil +5,5 against Goffin... Tricky match for Goffin after exhausting Monte Carlo Chung +3,5 against Kohli... Chung is a qulity you gster, dont see him loosing in straight sets against Kohli who can be inconsistent through the match... Kachanov to beat Cuevas, nice odds and I think it is time for Cuevas to lose on clay Sharapova to win the tournament in Stuttgart? Odds 10... CzechPunter
If Korpatsch has a good start, she can do a lot of damage and perhaps even win. If CSN breaks her straight away and gets a hold, however, it could be over in no time. No value in backing CSN outright certainly, you either back her on the handicap or Korpatsch outright imo. Good luck with the rest, I was thinking about Bedene as well, but the odds are maybe just too low for me to take them. The only bet that I don't like is Sharapova to win, the field seems too strong for her given the situation. At 33.00, sure, but not at 10.00. CzechPunter
Well done if you thought Osaka would be able to get something, I got that one completely wrong. Dzumhur just threw it away against Karlovic, so I'm back to a minus for the season . Not touching Budapest again this week either after seeing Dzumhur-Karlovic and Troicki-Djere. four-leaf
Hyeon Chung/Sacha Zverev over 2.5 sets at 3.00 with bet365 Hyeon moves well, but his flat ball-striking is less than ideal for clay but Sacha didn’t impress in his match vs Nico Almagro; Hyeon also hits hard and accurate so he may win a set if Sacha continues with his misfirings. Edited April 27, 2017 by four-leaf
four-leaf
Should have gone on Hyeon straight win instead. Sascha was nowhere to be seen. He was plain awful from start to finish with a double fault on the last point. CzechPunter

Guest
Sharapova already a favourite ti winthe tourbament @3,75 Buyukakcay to beat Mertens @2,75 She is so good in this tournament, last year she won it and this year she won both matches 2:0 Yastremska to beat Cepelova @2,62 50:50 match in my eyes so worth of a try Siegmund to beat Pliskova @2,62 Last year she lost in the final against Kerber and this year she is doing good again. Mladenovic to beat Suarez Navarro @1,80 Two completely different season, Mladenovic doing best in her career and Suarez was definitely a disapointment so far... I watched Mladenovic against Kerber and she hardly missed a shot! 5 folds bet: Tipsa, Bedene, Halep, Nadal and Thiem @2,16 plus 15% of bonus for 5 matches = final odds 2,34 Not sure about Eraydin to beat Begu at 4,33... Any thoughts about this match? Pouille, Kuznetsov and Kachanov should also win in my eyes, but the odds are not good enough to take them! Btw it's still not finished and Sousa recieved in the night WC to Estoril, so he still can tank that to rest before his home tourney
Sm0k3rZ
i guess i'm being a little harsh..but when you have a 2k accu on a 98$stake n he is one of the two left...the last one being halep..so kinda sucks to lose like this
CzechPunter
Yeah, it does, not happy at all myself, this downstreak is like the start of the season all over again. I thought that Donati would be all over him when he broke back at 3-2 in the first set, it was not to be. Also a bit unlucky that they apparently moved his match from the centre court, only like twenty spectators there - and it was that factor that brought him over the line against Bolleli a few days ago. higuys
CzechPunter
This week definitely was an eye-opener of sorts for me personally, I'm probably stuck with an outdated mindset that worked well in the past, but which doesn't work anymore. A painful realization, but a lesson learnt! higuys

Guest
@Sm0k3rZ Let me cal myou dawn, about lossing acumulators... I lost two recently: In Monte Carlo I lost Dzumhur - GarciaLopez 1 with Dzumhur being in front 2:0 and double break point up, 3:1 and double break point up, 5:4 and serving dor the match, 5:5 and 3 break points... And he lost, for 4650€! This week I lost Gasquet - Sugita 1 with Gasquet being in fornt 6:4 1:0 and serve... Sugita had odds 17 at that moment! Of course he lost and I only had two easy matches to come after him, Siegmund against on of the Asian players and another one that I cannot remember right now... For 4950€! Together 9600 which is around my 9 monthy salaries!
