Red Rising NAP Evens Bet365
Dan Skelton is in great form at the moment and looks to have found a good opportunity for Red Rising here to follow up his victory at Catterick last time. He won by 15 lengths on that occasion and its hard to know how god he is at present. Stays very well and is a winner in the point field and very much a chaser for next season.

5:45 Kempton
Sketchy data on some of these runners and a first class handicapping effort has made this a difficult race to breakdown. There is literally nothing separating the figures across the top five. Nasri is just top of the speed rankings and has been quickest over C&D in recent times but there is a question mark over his late race stamina at this distance, especially since I expect the early race pace to come from him. I think the wide draw will be a disadvantage for Mambo Spirit and will give her all the more to do. I have stamina concerns over both Encapsulated and Compton Price and last of the top five is New Rich, who is an inconsistent sort and his recent figures at C&D put him just outside the frame. The only angle into the race I can find is that fact that the Kempton bias at 6F is slightly for low drawn front runners. Nasri is drawn in the middle but there isn't much early pace to his inside. His early pace should give him a chance to find a good position at the front and set the pace. The danger to this is that there is quite a lot of potential late race pace from a number of runners and if he is forced into a race for position early, then I see him tanking after the 5F mark and losing pace over the final furlong.

A class 6 lottery of a race that really should be avoided but we'll give it a go.

NASRI - 1pt Win @ 13/2

Fontwell 3:40 Itoldyou @ 13/2 Ladbrokes e/w thanks

Itoldyou....from Linda Jewell yard the 11yo has done some of his best work round this track and is a C&D winner , He's been a winner of five chases and eleven place finishes from 2m 5f to 3m 4f from good right through to heavy ,

He last ran 30days ago when 3rd at Plumpton 3m 1.5f good to soft when beaten by Royals And Rebels by 1/2 length with
Venetian Lad who runs today in this race 2nd , Itoldyou is 2lb better off against Venetian Lad and could reverse the placing back at his favourite track with a change of jockey to Leighton Aspell

2.20 Nottingham: Class 4 Handicap, 5f

It's only the second start for the filly Blitz since moving to the UK from Ireland where she showed plenty of promise as a juvenile. She finished a close second on her seasonal reappearance at Wolverhampton in February which was also her UK debut.

That day she tried to make all and set a good pace from the front but just got a bit tired in the end it seemed while also still showing signs of greenness at the start and turning around the final bend.

This form looks rock solid and a return to turf on a straight track with fast ground could see her putting her best foot forward. In similar conditions she went only half a lengths down in a Curragh maiden behind a subsequent Group 3 scorer last year.

Selection:
 Blitz @ 9/2 Bet365

17.30 Catterick - Kinloch Pride - 1 Pt Win @ 6\1 (bog) - enhanced price available

Made the frame 4 times from 6 starts last summer and showed much improved form to score on return at Newcastle (5f, AW) last month. Needs to prove she can build on that but a player if doing so.
