3.30 Meydan - Dubai Turf

In the Dubai Turf I can't believe Zarak is so short because on form he hasn't done much at all. He always seems underpriced because of his pedigree but if you look at his form he has a bit to find with Ribchester and Mutakayyef. Ribchester will cope fine with the step up in trip but at a bigger price I like the latter of the pair. Mutakayyef's run in the Juddmonte International looks really good especially as he was caught too far back off a steady enough pace and also met trouble in running. He then went to Canada and finished in a good third place behind the high class Tepin and certainly wasn't helped by the drop to a mile and starting slowly as he only got going late on. Haggas in general has a good record getting horses ready off a break and back up in trip on good ground he should be primed for a best effort.

Wicked Willy....Nigel Twiston-Davies yard the 6yo been successful in two hurdle races at 2m 4f and 2m 7f on good to soft and soft ground and was going for a hattrick of wins in last race 36 days ago at Sandown over 2m 4f soft when he was beaten 6 lengths in 2nd place by Justification, Wicked Willy is up 1lb for that last run to 119 and Nigel Twiston-Davies has stuck by young Jamie Bargary who's been on horses in his last three runs producing two wins and 2nd place , Jamie is still getting his 3lb allowance and the jump back up to 2m7f will help

I think this would be half the price if trained by a more "fashionable" handler. A baby having only its 7th run today, its run at Doncaster last time stands up well with anything else on show here and all those around it that day have gone on to frank the form in better races than this. Drying ground looks to suit, mark of 130 looks fine, should go close.
