@StevieDay1983 was saying how distance between clubs can affect the quality of their play, pointing out how some clubs perform poorly at Brighton, Norwich etc.

Cheers @andrewcalo, this could prove useful for people. I find it's particularly worth taking note of the distances travelled over Christmas and Easter when there are fixtures close together. I remember Cardiff always used to be handed Plymouth on Boxing Day when we were in the same division as them. Yes, we were their closest rivals each year but it was still an 8 hour round trip. Needless to say, whoever was the away team rarely won.
