The latter is a debutant for the powerful Stoute yard and it wouldn't surprise me to see this one come on for the run as they are not well known for first time out winners. This leaves Berengaria as the most likely winner after a terrific debut at Goodwood when she was 4th to Rhododendron after leading for most of the race. His best fast ground form would still give him a good chance though and of his 2 rivals Smart Mover is also perhaps better on soft ground. Boutan has been in good form front running in sellers against mainly lowly rated ones. He was given a nice educational ride keeping on at the finish and should step up a good deal on that.
