Back Victor Estrella to beat Jordan Thompson for a 7/10 stake at 2.10 with Skybet

Back Daniel Evans to beat Benjamin Becker for a 7/10 stake at 2.00 with Bet365

Not sure what makes Thompson and Becker the favourite here tbh, Becker has been dreadful recently and Thompson just isn't an ATP-level player imo.

Back Yaroslava Shvedova to beat Mona Barthel for a 7/10 stake at 2.05 with BetVictor

Back Polona Hercog to beat Julia Goerges for a 7/10 stake at 2.50 with Paddy Power

Shvedova is on the up imo, so I'd have her as the favourite against Barthel, while I also fancy Hercog at the offered odds. Goerges is just too up-and-down at the moment to be a 1.50ish favourite in such a tough match-up.

few outsiders for some interest :

ATP Washington outrights :
2pts G.Monfils to win ATP Washington 8/1 Betfred
1.5pts S.Querrey to win ATP Washington 16/1 Paddypower
0.5pts V.Troicki to win ATP Washington 28/1 Skybet

Eager to stay away from the players who went deep at Newport such as Karlovic and Muller who are both in there mid 30s nearly. Monfils has the energy to win this week and is good enough on the hard to beat what's infront of him with ours sure to be tired. Querrey and Troicki are bigger priced outsiders ofcourse but freshness could be key this week. We shall see.

ATP Umag outrights :
1pt Carreno-Busta to win ATP Umag 16/1 Ladbrokes
1pt A.Bedene to win ATP Umag 20/1 Ladbrokes
0.5pt R.Olivo to win ATP Umag 100/1 Bet365

Again, going for outsiders this week. Klizan and Cuevas must be alittle tired and them 2 apart there are alot of big prices going on offer. Olivo at 100/1 is a barmy price. You just never know in these smaller ATP events.

6pts D.Munoz De La Nava to beat M.Berrer 4/6 Skybet
2pts D.Munoz De-la nava to beat M.Berrer 2-0 7/4 Willhill

Both of these players form stinks. Berrer has lost his last 5 clay matches in straight sets to some right rubbish (ranked 100,200,300,400th even) where as De La Nava has lost 9 in a row on the clay. However, Dani is a better clay courter than Berrer and I think he will come through this. It wasn't so long ago he was winning a challenger event every month on the clay and beating good opponents too.

Czech you know what? I think Yoshihito Nishioka retired with the purpose of coming a bit more fresh to Washington. He wants to have a good run in Washington starting by beating Ivan Dodig. It would have been more difficult if he had been in the final against Go Soeda to come to Washington and play well. So I think that's what it was all about with the retirement from Yoshi.

Barthel - Shvedova 2.00

I slightly aggreed with Czechpunter's bet on Slava Shvedova with 2.05 but odds were changed. And the main important fact for me is last match of Mona in Gstaadt. She was defeated 2:1 by winner of tournament. As for me Mona is ready to go far into the tournament.

Allertova - Knapp 2.2

It's a little bit risky match. Both of them have played no so much last time. Especially Denisa. Knapp won last mont clay ITF tournament but with no so good players. I think tennis quality is clearly on Allertova side. But there is question: What says her health? It's better to bet where avoids bet after retirement.

Wouldn't believe that myself, not in the SFs.

Just taking a look at the matches for Washington and agree on Dan Evans. I also think Sela is abit underrated against Taylor Fritz. Appreciate a break-out year for Fritz last year but don't really think he has pushed on from that and I think Sela could get some revenge of the defeat to Fritz this year.

2.5pts D.Evans to beat B.Becker 2-0 21/10 Boylesports
4pts D.Sela to beat T.Fritz 11/8 Betvictor

ATP Washington :
5.5pts D.Young -3.5 games to beat E.Escobedo 8/11 Skybet
4pts A.Mannarino to beat F.Tiafoe 2-0 Evens Skybet

ATP Umag :
5pts R.Olivo -3.5 games to beat Ghem 4/5 Betvictor
2.5pts G.Elias to beat Garcia-Lopez 17/10 888sport

ATP Kitzbuhel
6pts A.Montanes -2.5 to beat G.Melzer 5/6 Betfred

I think Young will have far too much for Escobedo especially on his favourite surface, home country, better rank etc etc. Mannarino I feel same kind of thing, and Tiafoe for me is a better clay courter. I watched Mannarino against Muller not long ago and he was returning Muller on the hard with ease, so he'll get alot of chances against Tiafoe.

Olivo on the clay, I've backed him as a very unlikely outsider at 100/1 and I think he'll do well this week. Has already beaten Ghem in straight sets not too long ago. Elias I didn't give enough respect really at Bastad and I think he can cause a shock there against a garcia-lopez who I thought was shocking when I watched him against Robert.

Montanes on the clay, should beat Melzer 2-0 really but I'll take the games handicap on that one.

Tennis- ATP Recanati
19:30 Mager- Delic
2 @1,85
stake: MEDIUM
Bookies consider this game as 50-50 but I defintiely give much bigger chances on Delic side. Tournament in Recanti is on a hard courts which Mager definitely doesn't like and avoid- his record in whole carieer is just 9/8- comparing to Delic who has 69 wins and 31 looes. This year he is 13/6 and what's more he also participated in Qualifications to main tournament (he beated to opponents in a nice style) so he had chance to 'feel courts'.

Tennis -ATP Binghampton
20:30 Statham- Clezar
1 @2,65
stake: MEDIUM
I am surprised with the odds here. Clezar shouldn't be favorite against anybody on a hard ground. It is going to be his first match on this kind of surface this year and also his career record is just 31/29 but all wins was mainly against very weak opponents. He is definitely specialist on clay ground but on hard he has not much to offer.
Statham is totaly opposite player- on hard grounds he has reached 293 wins and 208 loses- really big experiences. This year he has been playing a really solid tennis- he has won at the beginning of month a ITF Tournament in Pittsburgh and I think he can beat Clezar here.

Tennis- ATP Umag
21:30 Seppi- Carreno Busta
2 @1,65
stake: MEDIUM
Seppi last 3-4 years couldn't find his style on a clay ground and his results on this kind of surface are a shame for a player who is around 50th position in ranking. I don't believe he has enough skills to compete against Carreno Busta who absolutely loves a clay grounds. He is called 'new Rafa Nadal' not without reason.

4pts D.Evans to win the first set against Dimitrov 5/2 Ladbrokes
1pt G.Dimitrov to win 1st set 7-6 13/2 Bet365

I think Evans has a genuine chance of winning here but I think I'll go with this instead. I watched Evans and he just thrashed Becker after a tricky first couple games. He was all over him and was serving well. I think if Evans can get infront he can serve the set out and Dimitrov hasn't played on the hardcourt since the Miami Masters. Evans already have that first tricky couple of games should help him. Important also to note last year Dimitrov got a bye in round 1 also and in the 2nd round won the first set 7-6 but that was against Pella!!

Look back at all of Dimitrovs FIRST hardcourt match first set :

after Wimbledon 2013 (Washington) - won first set 7-6 against Malisse
after Wimbledon 2014 (Canadian Masters)  - Lost 1st set to Dustin Brown 6-4
after Wimbledon 2015 (Washington) - Won first set 7-6 against Pella

maybe I'm reading too much into but I'll take Evans and a small saver on 7-6 Dimitrov

Back James Duckworth (+1.5 sets) to beat John Isner for a 7/10 stake at 2.20 with Paddy Power

Back Gilles Muller (-2.5) to beat Yoshihito Nishioka for a 7/10 stake at 1.80 with Paddy Power

Muller should be an absolutely dreadful match-up for Nishioka, so I'll go for the games handicap there, while I also fancy Duckworth to get something form Isner, as the American doesn't seem to be in a particularly good nick at the moment. I wasn't impressed by his Davis Cup performances at all, as even Coric had chances against him despite the scoreline saying otherwise.

5pts Paul-Henri Mathieu -4.5 games to beat Laaksonen 11/10 BetVictor
2.5pts D.Gimeno-Traver to beat G.Melzer 2-0 9/5 888Sport

Will take these two for the next few hours of Tennis. Looking at the other matches after lunch. PHM is a very consistent, hard-working player and that along with his talent should be enough to beat Laaksonen. H2H shows one match that Paul won in straight sets and covered this handicap then back in 2012 and I woudn't say Laaksonen has come any further recently in his career.

Gimeno-Traver bit more of a risky one so maybe take the outright win, but Gerald Melzer is not a good player and Gimeno-Traver should win that 2-0 like he did on there last matchup back in 2014 in straight sets. Melzer beat Montanes somehow, but Montanes had so many chances to win that 2-0 let alone lose and managed 6 double faults. Bit of a freebie from that tit.

4pts T.Fritz to beat A.Zverev 7/4 Bet365
Quite tempted by Berlocq to beat Vesely too today but I'll leave that one. Fritz in his home country does tend to do well and has beaten alot of very good players on the hard courts. Zverev whilst doing well on the grass doesn't seem to be doing so great on the hard. He lost to players like Berrer and Rosol end of last and this year and although he has the odd decent result like being Cilic and Simon, ultimately I think he is abit inconsistent still. Fritz by no means the beacon of consistency but I think the crowd will certainly help him play to his full potential which will definitely cause Zverev problems if he does.

Back Malek Jaziri (+4.5) to beat Alexander Zverev for a 7/10 stake at 1.91 with Skybet

Back Gael Monfils (-2.5) to beat Borna Coric for a 7/10 stake at 1.80 with Paddy Power

Back Gilles Muller (-2.5) to beat Benoit Paire for a 7/10 stake at 1.72 with Skybet

Zverev looks a bit overrated to me here, while Monfils and Muller should be way too strong for Coric and Paire. Monfils was apparently super-solid against Lu, while Paire is in such a deep crisis that Muller could get another easy win imo.

Back Gael Monfils to beat Sam Querrey for a 7/10 stake at 1.57 with Skybet

Just this one for me today, the others look spot on. I'd have Monfils closer to the 1.33 mark given how good he was against Lu and Coric, barely breaking any sweat - he's still much better than Querrey and the match-up is a good fit as well.

I have outrights on both Querrey and Monfils so I'll leave that, and Washington alone today. I like these 4 though :

4pts G.Elias to beat Carreno Busta 9/4 Skybet
4pts C.Berlocq to beat J.Chardy 5/4 Bet365
4pts Paul-Henri Mathieu to beat A.Ramos 7/4 Bet365
1pt Paul-Henri Mathieu to beat A.Ramos 2-0 4/1 Boylesports

I have Carreno-Busta on the outright and with Cuevas and Klizan out now, he has a great chance, however Elias just keeps grinding out wins. Hit a nice 4/1 on him winning yesterday and the bookies have offered another great price on him. I just think the extra motivation he probably has over these others players who treat this as a small ATP event is what's pushing him on and confidence breeds success. Berlocq is another in good form and Chardy with his serve being nullified on the clay, could be under pressure in that match. h2h shows 1 meeting won by Chardy but that was on the grass 2 years ago.

PHM is another I like the look of. It's very rare a player wins an ATP event and then just rolls off another. Ramos must be alittle tired just as Klizan was and went out and just as Cuevas had similar issues. Also, and perhaps more importantly, PHM has played Ramos 3 times and won all 3. Two of those this year and most recently he beat him this year on the clay in straight sets. Perhaps not a great match-up for Ramos.
