Europa League - Qualifying

Recommended Posts

Anyone see value in the ton of games that are going on today? Games are starting at 4pm CET and going on until way after midnight. With half of them I don't even know where they are from :D might take a look at the Scandinavian teams' games, AIK from Sweden is playing for example.

Really disappointed to see Bala Town (my amateur team has a great affiliation with them) exit the competition so early but it was to be expected against a side like AIK. Llandudno also upset the odds by reaching the Europa League so their 7-1 humbling on aggregate to IFK Goteborg was also anticipated. However, the result of the round has to be Connah's Quay Nomads beating Stabaek over two legs. Brilliant effort. They now played Vojvodina in a tie that they will feel they might be able to get a result from over two legs.

Interesting shouts. I can't say I disagree with any of those. The Dinamo Minsk one is a big call. I'll be intrigued to see how that goes.

Hmmmm!! If your basing your prediction on believing that St Patricks Athletics are a team of amateurs from little old ireland who just discovered a football a few weeks ago, Im afraid you might be in for a shock. The price of 14/1 is outrageous on Pats to win. There decent going forward and in Christy Fagan, posess probably the most talented player in the league up front. The Dennehy brothers are both decent players. Sean Hoare is playing Ireland under 21s. I wont be betting on it myself in any sort of high stakes but might have a cheeky tenner double on Pats at H/T and Neftchi Baku to win. More of a fun bet than anything else.

@guerzy, if you think that St Patricks Athletics better team than Dinamo Minsk, you have so interesting prediction.
On bet365 @12 on win for St Patricks Athletics, and on the twiiter @BetInAsia I found mollybet odd @15.6 on win for St Patricks Athletics.
If you sure that they will win you can play and you may become a millionaire :-D

Spartak Trnava travels to Armenia without 5 players, with 3 of them injured but with to surprisinig absentees - Bello and Tambe didnt get visa. Which is according to their coach very surprisinig and they have to find solution very quickly. If I count with long Journey and delayed flight, I see some value in backing home side DNB @2.11 local bookie

That's former Cardiff City centre back Darren Dennehy right? He's way too good for the Irish league. No offence to the Irish league. I think St Patrick's Athletic will lose but I think they will be tough to beat.

Exactly. They ll be a hard nut to crack was what I was implying. Don't know this guy Niceguy got that I was implying that pats would win or that it was a dead cert in any shape or form. Was merely implying that it wouldn't be near as easy as he thought and with the odds I thought it was worth a punt. Which I did. 1-1 as we speak but I lost considering I did them at half time. Not sure who Darren dennehy played for in his early days but yeah it was over in the UK so you could be right

Yeah, he was with Everton initially. We signed him. He looked decent when he did play but never got given the chance. Shame really.

Boys, you are were in right. I was fell down on my ticket. This round of qualification was very strange and unexpected. For next matches, I will be careful with my statements. But I hope that we will in the following matches have more luck and we'll beat the bookies.

I'm interested to see if GAP Connah's Quay can overturn their 1-0 loss from the 1st leg versus Vojvodina. The Welsh side were heavily unfancied in that away leg but they stand a great chance of getting a win at home now. However, the bookies don't fancy the home side winning the 2nd leg with some bookies offering a GAP Connah's Quay win on the night at 10.00! Certainly worth at least checking out the Asian Handicap options at those odds!

AZ Alkmaar will win for sure. I would even bet them with -1 handicap. We have a full squad with no injuries or suspencions. Only important player we lost during this transferwindow is Vincent Janssen to Tottenham. That is a big loss, but his replacement already scores a lot of goals and the rest of the team is intact. With Ron Vlaar at the back we hardly conceded a goal in the pre-season. Also Markus Henriksen is back and  playing. No real reason to doubt about a victory.

Sassuolo beating Red Star Belgrade is a shrewd one. I can see Red Star getting a draw from that. That said, Sassuolo are no mugs and qualified for the competition from an ever-improving Italian system.

I can see a few away wins here. AZ, Maribor, Anderlecht, Shakhtar Donetsk, BATE, and Genk could all be worth a punt.

I don't agree with you, especially because Casino sign up in Sassuolo. And best player of Red Star - Ibanez left Red Star and singed up in Trabzonspor. Also, on betting platform for big bookies mollybet- odds are

Sassuolo - Red Star 1  x  2

1.670 /3.600 /4.100
