DaMatrix
Logged in to BetVictor today and noticed that the sat tickets I'd earned had disappeared from my account (tickets worth about €113 in total) so I emailed them and this was their reply: "Thank you for your recent contact in regards to the Royal Poker Tournament. Unfortunately the tournament was discontinued and as a results any tickets given within this tournament have also been taken." Totally out of order imo especially when there was still plenty of time til the actual live tournament in December! (http://www.betvictor.com/poker/en/content/promotions/rpt) and people spent time and money to earn the tickets for BetVictor to blatantly steal them from people's accounts! wtf What do they expect? Of course the numbers are not high at the moment since the tourney is in December, they can cancel the sats for the moment (which I noticed they did a couple of days ago) but they can't just steal people's tickets surely? DaMatrix
Check your accounts. Update: "I would like to apologise for the confusion in my last email. Upon further contacting our Poker Department they have informed me that the tickets were converted into real cash for the customers. Therefore your tickets would have been converted and given to you in real cash" avongirl
andybell666
I am not surprised by this as I had a look at this and saw virtually nobody playing and massive minimum entrants per each sat
