This game will be played at Color Line Stadion in artificial grass,while Stabaek use natural grass at Nadderud stadion.

Finally Tippeligaen back and tonight opens with duel Aalesund  vs Stabæk. Aalesund plays 8 friendly games and won three of them losing  three and draw two. Last friendly game game lost againts Molde 2-0. Last season Aalesund was at home with 7-3-5 . Many players signing this season for Aalesund and many players also left the club.

Midfielder  F. Carlsen  and new signing goalkeeper  L. Cramer are injured for today game,also big name  defender John Arne Riise will be part of Aalesund this season.

Stabaek lost their Us manager Bob Bradley ,he signed for Le havre french squad and scotishB. McKinlay  will be the new manager for the squad. Stabaek made a worst pre-season eight games in a row. .

In last 9 H2h Aalesund won seven time and two draws and i think today will be another win for hosts.

Aalesund has sold almost their entire defensive back line from last year, only centre back Oddbjørn Lie har still in the club. The transfer of Aalesund's top scorer last year Leke James (13 goals) is a big blow, but replacer Franck Boli is a similar player with his pace as his strength. Skipper Bjørn Helge Riise will be an important player for the home team through the season, and he'll soon be reunited with his big brother John Arne, who are in Aalesund ready to sign a contract. Only injury for Aalesund is their new signed goalkeeper Lars Cramer.

Stabæk had a fantastic season last year under their brilliant head coach Bob Bradley, the American has now left the club and are manager at Le Havre. New head coach at Stabæk is the former Blackburn player Billy McKinlay, who was assistant manager for David Moyes in Real Sociedad. The away side finished on a strong 3^rd place last year, with away stats showing 7-3-5. But they finished the end of the season a bit poor, especially after the sale of their top scorer Adama Diomande. Stabæk has played 8 friendlies before this season, these have resulted in 7 losses and only one win.

 

As Aalesund also Stabæk has promoted a lot of junior players from their academy up to their A-squad. The creative and great dribbler Yassine El Ghanassy who was amazing last year in the league has left the club, Ohi Omoijuanfo has been signed from Jerv to play in a similar role. Stabæk's still got one of the best goalkeepers in the league in Sayouba, and also a strong centre back duo in Skjønsberg/Næss.  Odd has varying results in pre-season games , three wins, three losses and a draw last against Lillestrøm . Odd always suffered at home againts Rosenborg and last victory at home againts them was in septempber 2009..

Only defender F .Semb Berge is injured for hosts today .

Rosenborg won 2015 Tippeligaen and is for sure a real candidate for another trophy,but talented players like  striker Alexander Søderlund 27/22 and midfielder  Ole Selnæs 25/2 left the club for another french experience with Saint-Etienne,aslo striker  Tobias Mikkelsen 27/8 is part of danish squad FC Nordsjælland.

For today game defender M. Dorsin  and goalkeeper Alexander Hansen are both injured.

After first two opening games in Tippeligaen with low scoring results both 1-0 ,sunday 13th of march we wait some goals but im not trying to bet in goals in this game.

Sarpsborg 08 ended last season in 11th place with 34 points with 8/10/12 goals 37;49. First Goalkeeper L Heinze return to loan in denmark 

 at Midtjylland Fc,also defender  Andreas Nordvik left the club for Esbjerg denmark ,veteran striker Péter Kovács is part of Sandefjord now. 
While join the club some new faces .Viking goalkeeper Arild Østbø will debut for Sarpsborg  in this official season From danish squad ob odense came midfielder Matti Lund Nielsen.

In these 5 pre-season games Sarpsborg lost four and won last one 4-0 over Bodo Glimt.

FK Haugesund  ended 12th place  in Tippeligaen 2015 with 8/7/15 goals 33:52! They changed their manager Grindhaug and will repalced from Dempsey ecx ass manager. Also their topscorer  Christian Gytkjær left the club for Rosenborg and striker Simon Diedhiou left the club. Some new players arrived to the club midf Haris Hajradinović on loan from gent and defender Nemanja Tubić from Bate Borisov. In pre-seaon game Haugesund  won four games draw one and lost one.


Despite the bad results from  Sarpsborg in pre-season, feel they can take three points sunday but the best choice for me is :

This game will be playedat Ullevaal stadion. Both squads use natural grass at home. 

Vålerenga ended in 7th place  last year with 14/7/9 goals 49:41 in total 49 points. At home were 7/2/6 . They lost all three goalkeepers and club replaced by swedish  Goteborg squad M. Sandberg and Hodd Gk A. Falch. 

They played 8 games in pre-season 2 wins 2 draws and three defeats. Last game they draw 3-3  againts Strømsgodset.

For today will miss first goalkeeper M. Sandberg  also midfielder S. Berge and defender J. Nation all injured

Viking ended last season in 5th place with 53 points,7/2/11 goals 53:39. They missed three good players this season like captain defender Sigurdsson midfielder Thioune and striker Bodvarsson . But in club have signed top scorer of Iceland league danish P. Pedersen and midfielder A. Ibrahim from Greece superleague club Veria.

Viking lost three games draw two and won one in winter friendly games. Last one draw 1-1 againts Rosenborg

Last mutual matches ended 2-4 in Vinkg favor.

I see an overish game with two squads in good offensive conditions but i will risk a little going with visitors.
